Not Good...very disappointed.
I was very unhappy with this hotel. We booked this hotel thinking there would be a pool for the kids on our down time...the pictures include one showing a pool. We checked into the room and found no pool. We were told there would be a continental breakfast...this was a joke as well. It was late...we shared a tub of butter with every other guest and they could not even provide real orange juice. I was not happy with this hotel at all. Extremely disappointed!!!

We were at the hotel for just one night. Rooms were pretty clean though they are old. The towels were very rough and needs to be replaced. For a one time stay this is ok if you get it a reasonably low price.

Not what I expected
Amenities were lacking; no alarm clock in room and no one would answer at the desk for a wake-up call. The refrigerator, floor lamp and microwave all plugged into one dual outlet; take your pick of which two you wanted. Furniture was old and well worn. The room wasn't cheap as it should be for what you get. Don't get near the breakfast bar unless you like weak coffee, white bread for toast and sour milk for the cornflakes.

AWFUL
This was the worst stay we've ever had. We got to the motel and they were overbooked. then sent us to another location they owned and it was worse then the first. DIRTY, DIRTY, DIRTY! and the beds were caving in, no wash clothes, no anything. complete waste of money. should've slept in the car.

Better service was expected
The location was great, the price was great, the room was not. We expected a cleaner bathroom. Water was clogging from everywhere. The room service was not available after repeated requests.

Not too bad
You get what you pay for .. It was an OK experience at Budget Host Inn.. For $60/night the room was small but manageable .. Room had a small fridge, microwave and two double beds. Breakfast included toasted breads, jam and butter with hot coffee and tea.. Just wish that someone had cleaned the room as i found empty packet of HotPocket and water bottles left by previous occupant .. But it's situated at great location, right in the center of all the restaurants, walmart supercenter and just 3 miles away for Falls .. Great location, OK price, Ok BFast !
