Not good service.
My flight came in late and I called the hotel in advance to ask if they would provide shuttle service since I could not pick up my Budget rental car until the following day. My plane arrived late, as scheduled. I called the front desk as planned
and I was told that they would not pick me up. Nice!! Luckily Avis was open late and I got my rental car from them. Got to the hotel and it was dirty and unkept. Got to my room and it was OK. This is a low cost alternative but, man, you really get what you pay for. I would not recommend this hotel.

Disappointed
There were way too many stairs to maneuver and no elevators. I had a difficult time dragging my bags up and down several sets of stairs. Also, the only room available was a smoking room. I used a lot of Febreeze while I was there!

All my favorite large department stores were within a short distance and I took advantage of that!

Nice Room
Really did not stay long arrived late and left early. Large room and had microwave and fridge which was good for us. Had a decent breakfast in the morning but we had other plans. Good location but the signs to the interstates were misleading.
The GPS even had trouble.

Not too bad!
Attended conference at West Point, hotel was a place to sleep. Breakfast was the normal yukky stuff hotels add as a "benefit". This one is better skipped in favor of real food.

Next time I'll stay across the street
Because of low rates I decided on this facility after staying at nearby motel for years.
I wont be back. I was only able to take one hot shower in five days. The included breakfast was pretty sad and the cereal was stale. The breakfast juice
machine and the ice machine were broken all week. In the room the laminate was seperating from the furniture in a few places.
