It overall was a nice stay , only think is the heater is extremely loud

Enjoyed the room, but the only thing i had a problem with was how loud the heater was.

This room wasn't the worse. For the price it really wasn't bad at all.

Cheap, disgustingly dirty, noisy neighbors and is located right by the highway. *rbitz has it in wrong place on map, a mile away. Rooms are very cold, and heat turns off automatically. Staff generally useless and wont help. (Though guy on late night staff was really nice). Noisy and they refused to change our room to anywhere away from our marijuana partying neighbors. Carpet dirty and stained. Bathroom door wouldn't close. No hot water in hotel at night, our neighbor confirmed. Some poorer people appeared to be living there. We knew we wouldn't be in hotel , except to sleep and it still s*cked. Good only, if you are an exhausted trucker, a drunk driver, or out of money.

I have never stayed anywhere ths bad. Reserved a double room; traveling with my husband and 16 yr old son. Arrived to a King room. Their solution to the problem was a cot that didn't open all the way and didn't fit in the small room. We had to move the desk to block the sink to make room. The king bed didn't fit in the room either; it was actually turned sideways....in order to sleep we had to lay across it. The wireless Internet didn't work at all and staff said I must be doing something wrong....other guests in lobby also stating no wireless. Do NOT stay here.

Well there was 3 events going on at once so it was a bit crazy there. But it was incredibly easy to hear everything in each room beside me. including the fight @ 3:30 am. The added bonus was the 12 yr old unloading his gun with the curtains open at about 6:00 pm. The pillows were down but very lacking in fill. The atmosphere was only completely brought together by the over smell of weed through out the hallways. In short this would be a better place for a police sting rather than a good nights sleep.

no frills, clean, good for quick stop on a long trip

I arrived at the Hotel and got my room key. Went to my room but could not find it. I went back to desk and said "I can't find my room. I am not staying here . Please call me a cab". The desk attendent asked "Do you want one of our Security Guards to take you to your Room?" I replied "No". The desk clerk called me a cab. Thank God I got out of there safe. On the way there I saw a Brand New Hilton Garden Inn. The cab took me there. It was safe and 5 star service. The cab Driver said the Hudson was just in the new because there was a Shoot out there.

Our stay was just okay. The location was great, the room was clean, the staff was pleasant, but the facility needs a lot of work to upgrade it to an acceptable level. The building is old, the rooms are small, the walls are paper thin. I never found an elevator and several of the outside stairways to the second floor were closed due to being unsafe. I wouldn't recommend this location for a family as the area isn't the best and the price of the rooms lead to a lower class of clientele.

From the road, the hotel looked ok, but our room was tucked away in in creepy corner, smelled of smoke and there was no internet connection. I called the front desk and was told there was a connection...it didn't work. I would not stay here again. There are other places to stay in the immediate area, and unless something is done to improve this property, i would recommend staying elswhere. I did not feel safe in this hotel.
