Great stay
The decor was beautiful, the hotel was clean, and the service was excellent. We brought a bottle of wine and they were wonderful about providing a corkscrew and wine glasses. At breakfast the next morning, the staff couldn't have been more accomodating to our children. Very nice pool and workout facility, as well. We will definitely stay there again.

Excellent Stay
We were tired of the same cut rate hotels with free coffee and cereal for breakfast. For about $20 more per night the hotel was significantly better, staff was fantastic, it was right next to I-84, and a real made-to-order breakfast. A very nice experience.

Truth in booking
I [...] asked specificailly if pool and jacuzzi were working and they said, YES. The jacuzzi was NOT working the WHOLE TIME. I booked that motel for that reason---I have health issues and needed that amenity. [...] Also on the hotel's website the breakfast was included. I had to pay extra for it.

I. Gotta Haddock
Nice and simple, friendly staff
The people were nice, and the rooms clean. It did everything simply but well. No surprises-- good or bad. Sadly, the whirlpool heater was broken when we were there. A good spin in the whirlpool might've meant another half star as I was aching from gym time the day before.

Short drive from hotel
Barton Orchard in nearby Fishkill is a pretty swell day in the fall, especially if you have small children.

A Great Hotel
The Courtyard Marriott in Newburgh was conveniently located off the highway. Their staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They even accommodated us for an extra night (luckily we asked before they became full). It was a pleasant experience staying there and will certainly stay there again the next time we're in Newburgh.
