noise heating UNBEARABLE

price fair, rooms poor, breakfast room tiny for the customer number resulting in lines and stressful service. But above all, the heating system was so NOISY that I couldn't get a single good sleeping night! Every half an hour it start clinging and clanging, to climax as if I had someone in the room hitting with a steel hammer! Complained everyday about it, and the only visit I had from maintenance was when the toilette clogged and spilled over (what a dream week...; to be fair, they acted reapidly on this one). Hotelwise I believe this was one of the most uncomfortable trips I ever had.

Horrible, horrible, horrible

The staff was friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is a dump. Your site advertised it as a 3.5 - 4.0 star and thats a joke. This place was herendous and I will NEVER stay there again.

NYC Trip

Upon check-in, we were given a room with two twin beds and a pull-out couch despite booking a room with two double beds. Called manager - he told me it was an upgrade! LOL! After raising a stink we were moved to a room with two double beds. Bath tub would not drain. Contacted manager and he sent a maintenance person up later in the day to fix the problem. Fix worked for two days and then would not drain again. Gave us a complimentary breakfast. Would have rather had a working bathroom. Location was excellent. Would not reccomend to anyone nor stay there again.

shabby, overpriced

A microscopic, expensive room with bad plumbing (brown water on the floor of the bathroom, seeping from another floor, it turned out), maid forgot to make the room, and they want money for online access.

Wellington Hotel Nightmare

The Standard Double Room's Bed is very small and there is no wat that two person can sleep on it. The room is also extremely small. Hot water in the nath is on and off. I am sure there is another hotel in New York that has a better quality of room and at the same price. I have to end up upgrading and pay USD40 per night in order to get a decent size bed room.

Avoid this hotel

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was very small, bathroom was tiny. There was a double bed with one bedside locker. There was no kettle, fridge, mini bar. The room was extremely noisy. We were 15 floors up and could hear everything on the streets below. Roller blind did not stay down, curtains could not be pulled together. There was a huge gap under the door and each night we had to roll up a towel and place under door of room to try and keep the light out. The noise of the heating system was horrendous - you would think someone was in the door banging on the pipes. Please do not consider staying in this hotel. The only good thing about it was its location.

way too noisy

With all windows closed I could hear a loud and continuous noise throughout the whole night. In addition to that noise there were also trash trucks that made additional beeping noises. I could not sleep even though I was on the 18th floor, i.e. supposedly pretty high up to hear noises from the street. I picked that hotel because it was conviniently located to where I was going the next day, and because it was relatively cheap to other hotels in the area, but I would never go there again considering the fact that in spite of me being totally exhausted I could not get a good night's rest!

Beware!

I was in New York City for business. The hotel security was very rude to me. The security would not let my food and grocery delevires be made directly to my room. My room was huge, but the floors need to be replaced. There was a constant whistling from the pipes in my bathroom. The clerks at the front desk were very rude. I would not wish the customer service I received on my worst enemy.
