perfect location
This hotel is right in the heart of Manhattan and walking distance to all of the theaters, Central Park, the museums, and fifth avenue.

The half price ticket booth is within walking distance and offers tickets to Broadway musicals on the day of the performance for 50% off. We were able to see five musicals in a three day weekend and all at half price.

great staff
Every one was nice. We were upgraded to a nice room. The location was really good. It was clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay at the Wellington again.

Great location we had a great time.
Every one was friendly, rooms were a lot larger than i thought they would be very clean, close to everything we would stay here again.

Very helpful staff, great location, Great Rooms
I've stayed in New York City before and this was the nicest hotel for the price we paid. I was surprised at the size of the room (Very big) compared to other hotels in the city. There are several subway stations nearby and Times Square is a nice walk away. This hotel is central to a lot of great city sites. I will return again.

FANTASTIC LOCATION
I took my daughter to NYC to celebrate her 16th birthday. We had a wonderful mother & daughter weekend. The best part about the Wellington is the location, everything that is exciting to see and do in NYC is within walking distance. We were very happy with the room we had at the Wellington, although small, we didn't need much room as we only basically slept there since we were out exploring the city so much. We had a nice corner room on the 18th floor with 2 windows so we had two nice birds eye views of the city below. We can't wait to go back again and will again choose to stay at the Wellington.

excellent location, friendly, just perfect
The Wellington was exactly as stated, we arrived early, they checked us in, upgraded our room for free, the corner room with the two windows was a fantastic view. We could walk to Times Square, Broadway, and everything is right there. All staff were very pleasant and willing to help. I would definitetly stay again and we probably will soon. Doorman got our cab whenever we walked out the door. Great Shopping trip with my teenage daughter.

Starbucks across the street, in hotel restaurant, and you must try the cheesecake from Lindy's about a block towards Times Square, the seven block walk to Times Square does not feel like it, because you are constanly looking. Walking distance to the shows

Family Review
The Wellington Hotel was in a Central Location to see New York City. Times Square, Central Park and Broadway were all within comfortable walking distance. The Staff is vistor friendly and make every effort to make your visit enjoyable. We had two one bedroom suites that worked well for our family.

The Wellington is very close to all attractions. Everything from shopping to eating is available within a short walk. It is close to the Tour Bus Stops. We used the Tour Bus to move from one side of the city to the other so that we could enjoy all of New York City.

Excellent location!!
We were close to everything! The broadway shows, times square, central park and even fifth avenue! The hotel had a great vintage feel, and our room was very nice, I look forward to coming back!

Great Deal and location
The location of the Wellington was very convenient. The Subway was just out the door. Of the few hotels I have stayed at in NY this is by far the best for the price. Hope to visit there again unless I upgrade to Trump Tower.
