Assez bon

Mis à part la lumière impossible à allumer depuis l'entrée et une bande de jeunes qui font la foire dans la chambre d'à côté jusqu'à 2 heure du matin (3 nuits de suite) et que le personnel de nuit n'en a que faire, nous avons passé un très bon séjour Evaluation du personnel: 10/10 pour le jour 0/10 pour la nuit (si problème)

Ideal für Läufer

Bin schon das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel abgestiegen und war wieder alles bestens. Die Lage gleich beim Central Park ist für einen Läufer ein Traum und auch alles andere (Broadway, Time Square , Rockefeller C...). ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

Hôtel trois étoiles

L'établissement profite de son excellent emplacement avec vue sur Time square pour appliquer des prix trop élevés par rapport au confort des chambres. Les chambres ne sont pas très propre (cheveux dans la baignoire, poussière, etc...).

Nightlife tip: Long walk from hotel

Restaurant brésilien "plats forma churrascaria", situé sur la 49eme avenue. Très bonne ambiance et excellene cuisinet ! Ne pas oublier de réserver une table car il y a beaucoup de monde.

Für einen Aufenthalt in Manhattan ist dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlenswert. Für Shopping und Sightseeing ist die Lage des Hotels ideal. Unser Zimmer war mittelgross, zweckmässig eingerichtet und überaus ruhig. Interessant ist, dass man bei gebuchtem Frühstück den entsprechenden Bon auch als Lunch einlösen kann. Das Personal ist engagiert und sehr freundlich.

Super gute Lage!

Das Hotel ist wegen der guten Lage zwischen Central Park und Times Square zu empfehlen. Zimmer eher klein, Bett sehr klein für 2 Personen, und die im Fenster eingebaute Klimaanlage war beim Schneesturm sehr negativ, es hat direkt ins Zimmer geblasen.

Emplacement stratégique

Très bien situé à deux pas de Time Square et de Central Park. Au pied du métro. Pas très loin de la 5ème avenue. Par contre chambre et salle de bains très exiguës. Et quel dommage d'avoir à payer l'accès à internet : c'est un comble au pays des nouvelles technologies.

Gute Lage/unfaire Preise bei Verlängerung

Wir hatten vom 26.10.2012 bis 30.10.2012 gebucht, leider wurden wegen des Hurricanes alle Flüge gecanceled und wir waren gezwungen zwei Nächte zu verlängern. Die erste Nacht wurde uns exclusive aller Steuern und Taxen $175,-- verrechnet, die zweite Nacht wurden uns $255,-- excl. Taxen und Steueren verrechnet. Auf die Frage warum das so ist wurde uns nur kurz und bündig erklärt, die Preise sind jetzt höher weil das Hotel voll sei. Was mir als unverständlich vorkommt, denn wenn es keine Flüge gibt, können auch keine neuen Gäste kommen, für mich war das alles nur eine einzige abzocke. Zusätzlich wurden zwei Tage die Zimmer nicht gereinigt mit der Ausrede, sie hätten zuwenig Personal (das im Zimmer hinterlegte Trinkgeld wurde jedoch schon mitgenommen!!) Schade denn im großen und ganzen war das Hotel ok, doch so behandelt man seine Gäste nicht in einer Notsituation.

Achat très valable

l'hotel est très bien situé, un peu vieillot mais propre;la temperature dans les chambres est trop élevée même si on coupe le chauffage; la cafeteria pour le petit déjeuner pratique des prix exhorbitants mieux vaut aller chercher son petit déjeuner dans les cafés et délis en face de l'hotel excepté le cafe Metro qui a tendance à doubler ses prix sous des pretextes fallacieux mieux vaut aller chez Olivero. Le personnel de l'hotel est aimable et serviable.Le metro est très proche et très pratique et à pied Central Park, la 5° avenue, Madison tout est faisable à pied; le Moma est tout proche à 2 rues. pendant notre sejour nous avons marché à travers la ville et visité les musées qui nous interessaient.
