Meeting facilities

Meeting Info
The hotel's 7,000-square-foot function space was recently refurbished, transforming the rooms, through special touches like hand-painted frescos and English chintz, from basic to extraordinary. With a spacious central pre-function area, and all conference and banquet rooms on the same floor, companies and social guests have privacy and the luxury of the choice of a cluster of rooms that perfectly suit their room requirements.

Dining

Murals on 54
Murals on 54, the hotel's refurbished dining room, features innovative continental cuisine with international influences, with a delectable menu consisting of mouth-watering fresh grilled dishes and a variety of fine seafood with strong French, Spanish and Mediterranean accents. The dining rooms' fresh design accentuates the historic murals painted by Dean Cornwell, known as the "Dean of American Illustrators." Cornwell was commissioned by William Randolph Hearst in 1937 to paint murals for The Raleigh Room, then the original restaurant inside this apartment hotel. These murals are now completely restored.
Randolph's
Randolph's, a newly expanded and refurbished restaurant and lounge, is designed more like a living room than a bar, with cushy sofas and armchairs and large windows overlooking the drama along Avenue of the Americas. There's an express business lunch menu, an extensive wine list, and a bar staff with an encyclopedic knowledge of cocktails, from traditional to trendier-than-thou. Because RANDOLPH'S is situated amid the Midtown business and tourism district, it's the perfect place for a relaxed business chat or a pre- or post-theatre rendezvous.

Great location

Great location as it was right across the street from MoMA and Radio City Music Hall. There was a grocery store and Starbucks a block away as well. Great room with a bathtub. It was nice that there were facilities for printing boarding passes. The hotel restaurant was expensive but it is Manhattan! There were lots of affordable options nearby.

Traditional elegance

The hotel is great, the staff is super professional and friendly, check up was fast and with great service, our room situated on the 22 floor had amazing city views, great room and bathroom size. The LOCATION of the Hotel could not get any better!!!!! The only setbacks was the AC was not powerful enough for NYC summer, although not that bad, and sometimes had to wait for the elevators to become available due to heavy guest traffic.

Warwick Hotel NYC

Warwick Hotel was a great location, central to many sight-seeing areas that were on our agenda for re-acquainting with NYC. Room met expectations, was clean, although adequate number of towels and washcloths were requested for three adults in the double room. Would definitely rebook on another trip. Staff was helpful - internet free 15 minutes per day.

comfortable and cozy

The room was big and comfy. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good for the sites we were seeing. Most places in walking distance. Saw a show and went to NBC and Rockefeller Center. A little far from Little Italy. No coffee in room and room service was a little pricey. No free wireless. One of few hotels with two beds!

Great ambience

The hotel was centrally located a few blocks from Central Park and with easy access to the subway. Was a good place to stay while site seeing in Manhatten. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was nicely decorated...the only drawback was a window with a view of brick walls.

Beautiful older hotel, great location.

Beautiful molding and details of an older hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. A family member's adjoining room was in a corner and had two large windows with a view and a sitting area with a comfortable couch and chair in front of the t.v. Great location - many nice restaurants nearby and Rockefeller Center is an easy walk. Avenue of the Americas a half-block away is blocked off on Saturdays in the summer for an all-day street fair. Would have appreciated a dedicated concierge desk for advice although the front desk and bell staff were helpful.

Needs blackout curtain, reliable WiFi

This hotel won't knock your socks off. It's pretty basic. The staff, though, is incredibly professional and accommodating. The location is unmatched and the rooms are clean. For these reasons (the most important, in my opinion), I would have rated it 5 starts, but for the lack of darkness in the room at night. We were facing a lit up street and office building, and the curtains do not make it across the window. There is a shear, translucent curtain that does, but it lets in all the light. Also, WiFi is tiered in price, but I couldn't get it to work reliably (it repeatedly asked for login credentials after successfully paying, and their "premium" option was painfully slow). I got just as much speed from my 3G connection on my phone. Forget internet video (which is what the "premium" service is intended to provide).
