NYC Getaway for a long weekend
There was a confusion on my room selection, i received 2 twin bed, no internet no lounger when i paid extra for king bed, internet, lounger, ipod dock radio... Next day the staff corrected all that for me, NO COMP. WAS OFFERED!! Both Room carpet was dirty every day i was there! iPhone 4s not compatible on any dock in any room!!! i would recommend this hotel but not at almost 400$ a night.

Hohum in times square
great location. Cool style but room in disrepair and dirty. Elevator system horrible and slow. No starwood points if booked thru orbitz. Overall not a good deal.

Nice bar and lounge area. No newspaper delivered to room even after calling front desk. A bit overrated. Rooms small. Bathroom door offers no privacy. Great acura service offered to guests. Have to ask doorman, its free just tip driver. Also hotel has a complimentary bycicle guy that can give u a lift. He can also offer u a tour of new york. Fun and romantic. Loved the doorman very polite.

Fun in Times Square
The W is a great hotel and is a fun night spot as well as a great place to sleep ... the beds are comfortable and the bar is jamming

just stayable
room is too compact people for the information desk are not very kind. Rest things of the hotel are satisfied.

Great location
Comfortable medium sized modern room. Our room was on the 40th floor which minimized street noise. The lights (especially in the bathroom) were dim. The shower could use better cleaning. The cost of the room was reasonable based on the overall impression of the hotel and the room. The location was great. The restaurant served a good breakfast and the bar had a nice atmosphere.

Brasserie Maison on 54th & Broadway is an excellent 24 hrs restaurant that was within easy reach of the W Hotel. Shopping and the Theater District are also within a few blocks of the W.

The W Times Square is an extremely hip hotel with every uniques technology amenity you could request...chic and unique, especially for the uber-hip...fun for a while, but not for kids...
