Luxury Midtown boutique hotel cops a fun attitude
This June, The Roger is unveiling a sophisticated new look after extensive renovations of its public spaces and guest rooms.  Standing at the crossroads of uptown and downtown, the new Roger is a marriage of chic design and old world comfort, while continuing an unyielding commitment to superior service.  The fresh aesthetic of the Roger's new lobby lounge and restaurant is curated by hospitality guru Steven Kamali and designed by the notable Anna Busta.  To update the spacious guest rooms, The Roger tapped Annette Jaffe of MSM.  Roger's new look is characterized by lush custom pieces and applied moldings to naturally compliment the historic building's unique rooms.  Whether for only a night or a week's long stay, The Roger is the modern traveler's home away from home.

Fantastic weekend!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very warm and friendly. We had a wonderful stay in the hotel. Very clean and fresh. It has been recently renovated. What you will enjoy the most is the staff. They are so very professional and help you with directions around the area. We had a great visit.

perfect location

Friendly staff. Handy location in central New York. Close to Penn Station. Sad to see that every "amenity" in the room had a price tag attached.

Great hotel but ...

Great hotel but house keeping started knocking on doors at 8:30am on Saturday morning and 9:30am Sunday morning. You could hear them go from room to room, so it didnt really help that I put my sign on the door asking them to come back later. Staff is great though and the hotel was worth it.

Beautiful, low key and clever decor

In a quiet, but convenient location in NYC. Rooms are nicely decorated. By far one one better small hotel room designs.

Nice hotel with wonderful staff

My daughter, 18, and I had a great stay for our NY weekend trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great...close to alot of sights but yet away from the overcrowded busy tourist sights. We loved the hotel and our NY trip!

Hotel Roger Williams ratings

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff memebers were friendly. However, I guess the rooms are adequate size for New York City but they were a bit small for my taste. The private bar and the bathroom products were too overpriced, especially for the state of our economy. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

everything it states

This was a wonderful way to experience New York. The hotel is centrally located in a quiet area and convenient to many attractions. Our room was spotless and a reasonable size for NY city. The staff were friendly and so helpful. The day after we arrived there was a party in the lobby for all guests. This just added a whole new dimension to "how to treat your guests". I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
