Should be a five star Hotel

The Lowell Hotel was inviting, warm, and everything a five star Hotel encompasses. The staff was very professional and friendly, upon arrival I was given a glass of champagne. This was much appreciated as I have never received anything like this in the usual five star hotel. I would consider The Lowell a special heavenly place to stay.
