Recption are very clean and presentable. Let down by the shabbiness of the room. Soap suds around bath, fridge needed defrosting and furnishings tired. Position of hotel was cetral to most attractions many being within walking distance. Staff were welcoming although conciergie slightly abrupt, think you can get better value for your money elsewhere

Good business destination
Friendly staff, good location, great security, Starbucks on premise, late open cafe are the good points. Narrow bathroom, broken bathroom door handle were the negatives. Reported the problems at the front desk. Got an apology and promise to have it fixed. I would definitely go back to this place. Centrally located and very secure to walk around. Lots of restaurants nearby.

Perfect for our weekend at MoMA
My husband and I wanted to spend a few days at MoMA, and the Radisson was the perfect place to stay. All the conveniences we needed and a short walk from the museum.

New York weekend
The room was not very clean. The room needs updating. It served it's purpose for one night, but I would never stay at the hotel again.

Prime location which you could go ard easily. Staffs are approachable and friendly, room are clean and awesome and no doubt of their facility

Not as advertised
For starters, I paid for a standard room, but received a 'petite' room. Then, I got into the room and the bathroom ceiling was bowed from the gallons of water that were in it...apparently a leak from the floor above. Had to call the desk to alert them (since the water came follding out when I touched it), and got sent to another 'petite' room (which apparently means two twin beds), and no blankets. At all. Just a sheet on the bed. Oh...and the door lock was broken. Not at all impressed with the hotel, and for the price, expected a lot better. Would not recommend this to anyone, nor would I stay there again.
