Near South End of Central Park
Very nice experience. Will stay again. Many restaurants to choose from and several deli types in the area. Great to walk to Central Park. I always like that with Cheap Tickets you get to see the name and location of the hotel.

Clean & Quiet with a great location
A very comfortable room at a good price. Very courteous and friendly staff, Great food at the City House in the lobby. A terrific location very near Central Park, Carnegie Hall, Carnegie Deli, Subway stations, and a short walk to Times Square and the theater district. If Broadway is your thing this is the hotel for you.

Walk south on Seventh Ave to 50th st and grab a slice of pizza at Famous Famiglia Pizzaria and then on to the theater.

good stay, great position, good price
It was a good stay, the position of the hotel is great. The hotel is very big so there is always a line in the lobby. Nonetheless I would recommend in order not to spend too much money.

The hotel has a great location, the rooms are comfortable but the staff is not nice and they even charge you for luggage storage.

Midtown Visitor
Great for the money!
Was only able to spend an evening in the City and this hotel was the best location and ideal with the rate being charged. Clean room, friendly staff and easy check in & out. Well worth the stay. Thank you!!

Nice place, great location
I got this room at a great rate at close to the last minute. The location was ideal for me, since I was attending a concert at Carnegie Hall, which is virtually across the street. The room was on the small side, but still decent for a midtown Manhattan hotel, and it was clean and comfortable. There's a decent-looking exercise center on the third floor. A few things you should know: Check-in can be slow; the computers in the business center are $.35/minute ($5 minimum); and you have to turn the shower lever all the way counter-clockwise to get hot water.

The famous Carnegie Deli is less than half a block away. But be prepared to split a sandwich or dish with someone. Seriously. When people tell you about the oversized portions here, they're not kidding.
