Park Central
The rooms here are not NYC size but bigger which was a nice surprise. I didn't have to squeeze aroun the room like I did at several hotels in NY so that was way cool.

Business in New York
Chose the hotel for ease of location. While many families and tourists were there, check in was fast; room was good and when I left, I left my e-reader in the room. I called when back in my office and talked with Rolando who personally wrapped, shipped and called me back with a tracking number. He truly won my support of this hotel. It was personal attention that is not found everywhere.

Completely Acceptable for a weekend in Manhattan with the Family
The hotel had a nicely appointed lobby and was perfectly located so you could get anywhere from time square to central park by foot and subway stops were close by. Really cant' beat the location for a whirlwind tourist weekend. Room was decent, a little stinky at first but once we aired it out it was fine. Ice maker on 7th floor did not work but the one on the 6th did. No bed bugs, clean sheets good pillows decent shower clean enough, probably a step above the Holiday Inn but much classier.

Plenty of great places to eat within a block , Famiglia Pizza is better than Ray's . Bagel and Bean great for breakfast. The View rooftop bar at the Marriott for late night cocktail on 48th floor worth it

Overall - Average
Good experience overall, until I had to take a cold shower the day of my departure - but I will hopefully say that was a glitch. I would stay here again mostly because of price and location.

Excellent location, average quality hotel
Great location. Just under the south side of central park and right above times square. Carnegie Deli is right next door, along with other good food stops. The hotel itself is ordinary at best. However the staff is excellent and helpful if you have any questions or want to book an activity through them. Rooms are average as far as cleanliness and size, not what we were expecting for the price. However, New York is quite expensive and what you are really paying so much money for is the location. I highly recommend that travelers do not take a red eye flight if staying here, because check-in time isn't until 4PM, and they charge to hold your bags for any amount of time. It was my first trip to NY when staying here, and I do recommend it to other people simply because it is a perfect location. The only weird thing that really bothered me about this place, is that every single time we tried to take the elevator down (not up), we waited for at least ten minutes. I'm not sure if something was wrong with the elevators or if that's just how they always are, but after waiting over fifteen minutes a couple of times, we just ended up taking the stairs. Luckily we were only nine floors up...

Sisters reunion
My sisters and I planned a reunion. We all live in different cities and thought NYC will be great and fun! The location of this hotel is great. Staff was normal but the room we got had no phone, actually there were two phones but they didn't work so when I called the reception to ask for clean towels I had to go to the hall and look for a phone! Yes, the first day, the room was cleaned but the staff forgot to put clean towels! I don't think I would return to this hotel.
