Decided to stay in NYC an extra night and found this hotel at a very reasonable price. Walking distance to Time Square, subway entrance on the corner, good staff. Spacious room with a good view. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

A éviter, malgré l'emplacement
Hôtel vétuste, mal entretenu et pas toujours propre. Le personnel est parfois aimable. Il donne une apparence d'efficacité mais seulement l'apparence d'efficacité. Nous étions 6 personnes et occupions les chambres 415, 419 et 420. Chambre 415: à l'arrivée, il n'y avait pas de safe et la télévision ne marchait pas. Nous avons réclamé. Le safe est arrivé au deuxième rappel deux jours plus tard. La télévision n'a jamais fonctionné malgré nos rappels quotidiens. Chambre 419: à l'arrivée, la chambre n'était pas propre: tickets d'achats du client précédent sous les lits, collier d'enfant traînant sur la moquette, etc… Le sèche-cheveu ne fonctionnait que quelque minutes et devait être réactivé après une pause et parfois plusieurs heures de pause. Il n'a pas été possible de le faire réparer. Chambre 420: la porte d'entrée fermait mal et semblait avoir été forcée. Le personnel ne vérifiait pas la fermeture de la porte après être entré dans la chambre et nous avons trouvé la chambre ouverte avec le risques de vol que cela comporte. Chambre 420 toujours: le lavabo était bouché. Le problème a été réglé après réclamation. Les toilettes étaient bouchées et le sont restées pendant tout le séjour. Photos à disposition. En conclusion, nous devons malheureusement constater que l'hôtel n'a pas fourni l'entier des prestations que nous avons payées. Lors de la réclamation effectuée par ebooker, l'hôtel a répondu qu'il n'y avait aucune trace de ces incidents ! A éviter, donc.

Hôtel en travaux
Bonjour, Nous avons été très surpris à notre arrivé car l'hôtel était entièrement en travaux. La réception principale était fermée. Il n'y avait aucun service disponible tel que restaurant ou animation. La première chambre qui nous a été remise était minable et nous avons pu changer par une chambre entièrement rénovée mais ouverte depuis seulement 2 jours avec une forte odeur de peinture.

Chambre avec bruits de l'air conditionné tapant dans les murs jours et nuits très pénibles (n°926) - salle de bains minable (lavabo coincé entre 2 murs) - changement car je me suis plains : attribution de la n° 1149 : très très bien : s. de bains correcte - pas de bruit dans les murs - vue rue plus plaisante - et plus spacieuse.

Short walk from hotel
Si vous êtes à 2, ne pas prendre des cartes de métro "single", mais une carte pour 2 (moins chère) et non limitée à 2 h. Et prendre à l'avance sa carte retour : métro + Air Train dans n'importe quelle station. Se rendre à NYC par ce moyen de transport est le pllus court et le plus économique. Plein de personnel est là pour vous renseigner.
