Great Location
Very happy with hotel. Was able to check in at 10:30 am and received a floor upgrade. No hassle at all that we prepaid through Orbitz. Front desk staff very pleasant. Location is wonderful. Could walk to most everything in the Midtown area. Thought the hotel's photos on line were 100% in sync with the true condition of the property.

Ninth Avenue is the Hell's Kitchen, where there are many independent dining establishments moderately priced. Also try 46th Street "Rest. Row", for wonderful bistro-type places, a little more expensive.

We were on 32nd floor, extremely quiet, great view, close to elevators. Location just a 5-10 minute walk to most theaters. Very comfortable room, clean. Good maid service. Good price for NYC.

Super Location!! Great Staff !!
Novotel was Great!! Wonderful Location!! Within walking distance of almost everything! EVERY staff member was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with a fantastic view, BUT...needs a little updating!! The lobby/bar/restaurant area was beautiful. Loved the Sky Terrace with the view of Times Square!! Ice maker on our floor was broken...inconvenient. Would like to have had a coffeepot in our room. Should have soda and snack vending machines on each floor. Overall...would recommend to anyone and would LOVE TO STAY HERE AGAIN !!!

Hotel Novotel time square
I went in the famous spot.(time square,Museum,Statue of Liberty etc...) at each time i was greating poeple at the front desk poeple do not seem very concerned.. the valet guys wich was working there during the morning shift was very friendly and helpful. gave me information about the city and help with my luggages, the concierge desk and poeple there were very professional and gave me a bunch of precious informations... I appreciated that.. I'll be back if I can..

poor service, unfriendly staff,poor room
I suggest trying something else in the zone for the same price, or spending a bit more money. This hotel needs to change a lot of things, you don't really get what you pay for. Besides, staff is not friendly at all, they made us come back for checkin and took twice the rate from our credit card, still waiting for refund.

Great value for a NYC stay!
The deal we got through Orbitz allowed us to pay a fraction of the cost for a very clean hotel located inthe midst of the theatre district. When i booked the room and realized what I was paying, I did not set my sxpectations very hign. Man was I wrong. the hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and it was central toeverything we wanted to do.
