My review of Novotel New York Times Square
Great location conviently located to the theaters. Walking distance to Central Park.If I am in Manhattan I will stay here. Very International you will meet people from all over Europe. The room size was perfect.And we could see Time Square from the terrace on the lobby floor.

Great view
What a wonderful view! We were there for the NYC marathon and enjoyed our view of Times Square. The weather was getting cool, but it was too warm in the rooms and no air conditioning. We called and were told that it was not working anywhere.

My review of Novotel New York Times Square
Overall, it was just an OK hotel. There were two elevators available to get from the street to the lobby of the hotel and only one worked the whole time we were there. The dining room was being refurbished so it was closed. The closet in the room was not wide enough to hang a coat hanger on the rod and the ice machine on our floor did not work. When I mentioned this to the desk clerk I was told that I would have to go to another floor for ice. On the plus side, the housekeeping was very good. Room was cleaned well and linens were replaced daily.

Hop on the Grey Line open air bus to get around the city. $51 buys you 48 hours to hop on - hop off stops all over midtown and downtown.

great location
Novotel is very well located and our room was very nice with ample space and great view of the city. Liked the furnishings which included two chairs for tv viewing. The buffet breakfast provided good choices considering that the regular dining service was temporarily restricted because of kitchen renovations.

Need better matres
the hotel is in a great location. We really like it a lot. The food options are expensive,but since we were in NY, it was a deli at every corner. The only bad thing is the mattress. We thought it was kind of hard and never had a good night sleep. Anyway, we really didnt care because overall, the hotel has good location, good and friendly staff, excellent room cleanliness. Definetly worth the money...

Location
Novotel Times Square was in the center of the Theater District. We saw many shows and they were in a four block radius. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Great Location
The Novotel hotel was located in the middle of Times Square which is a great location for tourists. The ammenities were great and accomodated us very well. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was discomforting. The bathroom was the cleanist part of the hotel. My sheets had stains all over them and the room itself didnt look clean since i just found other peoples makeup laying on the floor. other than that the people were friendly and the cafe was decent. It was near everything that you would want to see many restaurants to choose from. It was also in walking distance to the broadway shows.

Perfect tourist hotel
The Times Square location, size and cleanliness of the rooms, attitude and service were everything a tourist could ask for. Their food offerings leave a lot to be desired, but there are plenty of eating places right outside the door.

My review of Novotel New York Times Square
Novotel was an excellent hotel. We were very satisfied with the layout of the room as it was very spacious. The bathroom was roomy and clean and well presented. Location was close to Broadway and the theatre district. Staff were courteous and helpful. Strongly recommended!
