City break with teens
Great location for new York sightseeing. We got to top of the rock,ferry,9/11 memorial and the Yankees stadium easily by subway and walking.room was comfy with 2 big beds for teen boys and a good sofa bed for us. ,kitchen very useful. Good value for money as well.try the local delis for wide range of great food.

Remarkably comfortable stay in NY with value for money
Conveniently and centrally located in midtown area; near to all important business establishments and entertainment centres; very tidy and spacious accommodation; very helpful attitude of staff together with client-oriented approach.

Great staff
Although we were "upgraded" to a king suite that didn't have the second bed we wanted, the bed was so comfortable and the pillows nice and firm that we decided against changing the room. We were on the 14th floor, so the water pressure was a little weak, but still fine. There isn't a printer to print out your boarding pass, but there's a Fed-Ex next door to supply the absence. The room was really spacious, esp. for NYC, and the kitchen was perfect for heating up a quick meal. I'll definitely stay there again.

thoroughly enjoyed it staff very helpful, room clean and spacious, recommend for anyone to go. shared room with daughter on sofa bed even with sofa bed open the room was a good size. kitchen amenities good and shower had real power

Better than expected.
I had a pleasant stay. Room was upgraded to a Jr. Suite and was clean and comfortable. Stayy were nice and helpful, and location worked out good.

Short Stay
Great value for what we were charged and we extended one night at more than double the original price. Very clean rooms w/very helpful staff. Convenient midtown location and appreciated the $25/day parking garage around the corner since we drove on this trip. Pleasant and, actually, very good restaurants within easy walking distance. Easy to get a cab. Stayed in room #610 which actually had a view over a courtyard as opposed to the brick facade of the rear of another building.

Convenient location. Good Value
Close to Grand Central station which gives you easy access to public transportation. Nothing special about the room. Overall good value for Manhattan.

excellent value, good location
this was perfect for our weekend stay - well located for our activities & close to Grand Central subway; friendly staff, clean, and lots of room (living room, kitchen, bedroom & bathroom). Not the most modern but perfectly fine for us - or a family.

Theatre Lady
Great value
This was an amazing value for New York City. I had a large light-filled studio apartment with a kitchen (range, microwave, small fridge, sink), queen bed, living area, flat-screen tv, and bath. The decor is dated, the carpet needs replacing, and the bed was just okay, but the staff was friendly and helpful and everything was clean. It's not in a touristy location, but the area felt safe and buses and subway are nearby. All in all, a great value.

Nice and affordable
Great location, very quiet and clean hotel. Decor is little bit old but very clean, good choice if all you're looking for is location, location, location. Hotel crew was very accommodating and polite, no wi-fi included but only $7.95 for 24 hrs. Definitely, would stay there again.

Park Avenue Tavern is only 2 blocks away (corner of 39th st. and Park Ave.) is great for happy hours. The food and music are also very good.
