Hotel Pennsylvania

First off we ordered a king bedroom and they cause us a full. The window didn't open and it smelt really bad. It is so gross I can't even tell you. The only thing that is at all good about it is the location. I would say its worth paying a little bit more money then to stay at this dump. I would never stay here again! Or let any of my friends or family stay here either.

1st room had black mold on wall. how is someone even allowed to stay in a room like that,should be a health hazard. 2nd room smelled like smoke, the tv was about 20 ft. from the bed and remote didn't work. finally had to settle on the 3rd room which was very small and staff said it was recently remodeled. the room still looked like it was about 20 years old. overall very disappointed being that it was for our 15th wedding anniversary and it's not like the hotel was super cheap.

Inexpensive, tired old hotel. I can live with that, but why are the employees so unfriendly and unhelpful. Why are there long, incredibly slow lines to check in -- even late at night? No sense of hustle, no sense of caring about the customers, The line was endless and the employees just kept sleepwalking through the motions.

The room and the bathroom were so dirty. It was cold and the heater never worked. I had to go to the front desk people 4 times to fix the bathroom shower which was broken. They never did. I asked to see the manager and she said she would reimburse one night through orbitz. The staff were very impolite. I waited 2 hours to check in. Please do not send people to this hotel. minoo

Even a night's stay is not worth it at this hotel. Carpets stink, beds are lumpy, bathroom has mold. YIKES!

The rooms are too old. Dusty, and lots of noise from the street. Too Many people, not good service.

We went to SMTown NYC and stayed at the hotel for two nights. The hotel was dirty, smelled odd, the blankets were obviously dirty and the towels had to have been reused. The bathtub leaked water all over the floor, they never responded to guest service calls, and the front desk staff were extremely rude. Despite telling the cleaning staff that we didn't want them in there to clean, the second we left our room they had gone in, moved and touched all of our things, and cleaned the room despite our wishes. No 'do not disturb' sign, no internet like it said there would be, the AC was broken and only produced hot air, and every time we tried to leave there was a staff member outside our door as if waiting for us to leave so they could come in. Rude, disgusting, not worth the money or the location, I would have rather stayed somewhere else.

Massive Hotel, plenty of people!!! zero customer service!!!!

I can't think of an item that could have been worse there. It's falling apart.

This hotel was disgusting and I believe unsafe. The lobby looked nice enough; however the room(s) were another story. In all the rooms we were in (a total of 3) they all had mold on the ceiling. I don't mind an old room; however, I believe this hotel may be unsafe due to their mold issue. The cleaning ladies all wore masks...cannot be a good thing. Although a good location next to MSG, a little more money for your heath's sake is worth it!
