Hotel Elysee
Had a great room. Clean and spotless. Amenities were excellent, love the shoe buffer, they could have added a mouthwash. Buffet breakfast was very well presented and tasty. Staff wonderful, helpful and hospitable, i.e. Front Desk and wait staff at breakfast. It is a little on the $$$$ side, but a great hotel, in a perfect location.

I sure wil be back !
It was my first time at this hotel and sure will return on my next visits to NYC. Location could not be better, Besides all other aspects the "continetal" breakfast is held in a very warming atmosphere as well as the "happy Hour" with wine, champagne and hors d'ouvre. Just perfect.

Great Location, Perfect room
Three short blocks to MOMA. Great Room ,extremely comfortable King bed, very clean. The Monkey Bar(in the hotel) is right out of the 40's and 50's, great classic cocktails and cuisine. Breakfast is included as well as an evening wine and cheese service. Very nice, hot coffee and tea all day. Great Service but not intrusive or pretentious.

GREAT location! Cute hotel!
Hotel in a great location....close to 5th Avenue, shopping, great restaurants, transportation etc. Good sized rooms. Complimentary breakfast was a little painful, with limited seating & other guests not willing to share, or spreading out. So that became a frustrating way to start the day. Great free wi-fi & a really pleasant hotel. Staff @ check-in/out helpful.

Midtown East Gem
Stayed overnight for my birthday weekend in NYC. Hotel staff was very nice and courteous. The room was a lot bigger than expected. It was very clean. 2nd floor had a layout of food and drinks, comfortable couches, chairs and tables. The only downside to my stay at Hotel Elysee was that i was double billed. Once by [...] and once by the hotel. Called the hotel and they looked into it. They had called me back twice to give me updates and to tell me that my account would be updated. Beyond that one hiccup, it was a wonderful hotel. Highly recommended.

Great Location - would stay there again!
We were traveling to New York to celebrate New Years in Times Square. I picked the Hotel Elysee because of its location and for intimacy offered by a smaller boutique hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely appointed including a marble bathroom and bathrobes.

Loved it!
We loved this small hotel--it was an elegant oasis in the midst of the busy city. We were upgraded to a large suite when we checked in. Also, the cocktail hour and continental breakfast were delightful. We would stay there again any time.
