Every person on the staff was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, organized, and comfortable. It was small, but it's NYC. The location is GREAT for cafes, restaurants and small shops. We had a great time and will definitely
go back to this hotel for our next NYC visit.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
Little Italy is right around the corner! Go get some homemade pasta, a glass of wine, and enjoy the people watching.
The beds in this hotel were really comfy! Room was very small for $200 a night, but that is NYC for you. Parking is $65 a night, which was ok since we didn't want to search New York City for a parking spot. Hotel is right in Chinatown. Overall, it
was a good pick.
Staff was very polite, holding our bags until after checkout was very convenient and a definite plus. The bed was comfortable and while nothing was dirty per se, it was a bit dingy; but for the price one really can't complain.
