Clean, pleasant, friendly.
Weekend in New York.....very pleasant stay at this hotel. Very convenient to subway, Little Italy, Chinatown, Brooklyn Bridge and WTC. Staff pleasant and helpful. Room modern, bathroom extremely nice. Valet parking at a nearby garage was the only glitch in the weekend. Apparently the garage has only one attendant on Sunday.....we waited nearly two hours after calling for the car. Hotel staff did their best to expedite the situation and reportedly will be addressing this with garage management. We were refunded one day's parking as compensation.

Soho has everything from upscale shopping to Chinatown.We could shop then bring our bags back to the hotel with ease.

Soho Hotel NOT in Soho
Hotel was just SOSO. At night if your room was on the 4th floor you not only hear the MTA you also feel the rumbling as it passes underground

Great Hotel
This is the first time I stayed at a downtown hotel, and this was a perfect choice! The premises were immaculate and the staff was very friendly and informative. Excellent location for the downtown kind of guy. Short distance to shopping on Broadway, Chinatown, Little Italy, and the green line. Moderate walk to the West and East Villages.

Convient Greenwich Village, Chinatown Soho
Room is small but seems new. A unique location and a good price. Subway very close at Canal St. Taxis easy to find as it is right near Little Italy. Location was very quiet. If you like a small, quiet, clean hotel off the beaten path, but in a safe neighborhood, this could be for you. We were visiting our daughter who goes to NYU when we stayed.

Horrible breakfast, great hotel room
The staff was friendly and quick to provide the extra pillows we requested. The room was clean, even though it was a little on the small side. The internet connection was adequate for checking email and directions. The breakfast buffet was absolutely horrible and definitely not worth $19 per person. The coffee was weak and flavorless. The eggs were inedible; and the french toast was difficult to cut, let alone eat.

Good for short stay
Stayed here for a day the room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Location is close to subway access to get in and out of Manhattan NYC attractions. Location is more closer to chinatown and not much to do around the area . We didn't think it was walkable to the nicer restaurants and shopping in SoHo but a quick cab ride. The price we paid i thought was high for a weekday but i guess it is NYC! The staff was super nice and accommodating since we were in town early and they let us check in by noon. Overall good for a short stay if the price is reasonable.
