Great Value for Weekend Trip
The hotel was a great value for our last minute weekend trip. The complimentary breakfast added to the exceptional value. Our main destination (Madison Square Garden) was in walking distance. Just far enough away to let us pass several stores, and get a taste of shopping. The room was clean, and the staff friendly, and helpful.

Great service, Great Everything
Lets start off with the service.... The service was great. Everyone was very friendly. On our way back to the airport they offered their transportation which was very flexible and convenient. They looked after our bags before and after checkout. Breakfast was good, hotel was clean.. It was just a perfect stay and we will continue booking at this location

GREAT Hotel Experience!
Our vacation in NY was for a 4 day stay and we could not have picked a better location than Holiday Inn Express! Extremely clean room/lobby, Outstanding Customer Service, Very attentive service by all staff, Prompt Check-In/Check-Out, and last but definitely not least....Great Breakfast! We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Times Square and would recommend it and also stay again in the future.

Best hotel in NYC!
We have been to NYC a couple times and stayed in 3 different hotels. We loved this hotel! The free breakfast, the staff, the rooms, and the location! We loved it. The only complaint we have is the elevators. 6 rooms on a floor, 30 some floors. It's a little wait to get the elevator but that is no big deal. Jaime was excellent. He even remember our names the next day, just from our 2 minute check in the day before! He helped us find the nearest Dunkin Donuts, we loved the staff! The location is a little walk from Times Square but nothing bad! For the price walking a few blocks to get there is nothing. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel for the price. We try to save money where we can and this was the best deal we found! And the nicest hotel. We have tried other hotels around this price and REGRET staying there. Holiday Inn is the best hotel for your money.

GOOD LOCATION, GOOD VALUE
Hotel room was very clean and quiet. On the small side but adequate. Would have liked to have had available a small in room refrigerator. Continental breakfast was a nice and a good way to start the day. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Time Square. I would go back and I would recommend this hotel as a home base for a visit to New York.

Holiday Inn Express Times Square
The hotel was better than expected. The rooms were well put together and had flat screen tvs. The free breakfast bar was delicious and the staff was friendly.

if you want to have a meal in your Holiday Inn Express at Times Square Hotel, drop in any of the many little eateries located streetside and take it to your room...and we found the prices to be reasonable.

Hotel Stay in NYC
All in all, a very nice hotel stay. The rooms, though somewhat small, were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast is exactly what you would expect, some bagels and muffins with decent coffee.
