Holiday Inn Express NEW YORK CITY-WALL STREET

Great location one block from the Southside Seaport shops and resturants, and one block from the Wall Street Metro station. Hallways and rooms are very small but comfortable, clean, and modern. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great -lots of choices. The room rate was incredibly good for Manhattan!

Nice room but its small. The location is excellent blocks away from battery park and subway a block away. The only issue is the maid did not do a good job cleaning during our stay. Like changing the bed sheets every other nite. Not up to my standard. But overall would stay again with different cleaning staff.

The staff was great. The location is perfect. This hotel is one block from the Wall St. Subway station.

Water Street is a good location in the financial district. It's close to the subway stations and good restaurants at the South St. Seaport. The rooms were pretty tiny and only one sink in the bathroom. But they were clean and a free breakfast is included! And the location felt very safe.

We arrived late , check in desk woman was not friendly , she did't tell us about services of the hotel. Nothing about complementary breakfast, no code for access to internet . Next morning called front desk for complementary or directions to get tooth paste , was told we send someone with complementary tooth paste to your room, 2 hours later still nothing , called again,they said ok we are sending some now ,30 mins later still nothing , i went to the lobby and get it myself .Next , elevators, very slow to get one , next my card key to the room was deprogrammed , had to go back down to get it fix. Rooms very small . The good things now , very nice location , the cleaning staff were excellent , room was very clean , the ladies working the breakfast room , were great , excellent service.

Went to Manhattan to drink and needed a hotel to sleep in. It was very clean and actually very nice, I spent $170 so I wish it was a little cheaper but it's not a bad price for manhattan. I loved the hotel, my only complaint would be that the elevator was very slow.

There was very convenient schedule of breakfast for the guests - weakends from 7.0 to 10.00. It was very calm, because only 4 rooms per floor. It was clean and safe. Good location! Very near to bull =)

It's way downtown, so unless you're a stockbroker, you need to take cabs. The rooms are unaesthetic and small, but everything works; including the friendly staff, there's a lovely lady who says hello at breakfast.

Business Trip (Job Interview): A small but very nice quality room that is very clean. I got a bargain price (during the off-season). My experience with the staff was minimal but they were very pleasant. Room design is current and offers a flat-screen TV, coffee pot and blow dryer. Perfect for the business traveler like myself. The bath has granite counter and tile floors. Walls are very nice cloth wall paper. Small but ample and very nice laptop desk with free wireless. In my experience, the value for the price would be hard to match in NYC.
