We had a great time in New York, it's an expensive city so my advice if you stay here is buy your wine on the way back to the ... room, don't stop in the bar! Our room was small 4401, but we didn't care, it was comfortable, on a scale an 8 for clean, accomadating enough. Perfect location! Go here!

There's a little diner less than a block away called Astro's. We ate at a lot of talked about restaurants in NY but this classic NY diner had the best clam po'boy I've ever had, I like to think I know seafood, I mean we're from Florida but that sandwich GOOD. Waiter didn't tell us his name or act servile, he barely managed a smile but he did his job tres well!

Even though the hotel was large and crowded (a convention or conference was in town), the service at the desk was speedy, ... friendly, and professional. It was a very good experience.

We ate at a lot of talked about restaurants in NY but this classic NY diner had the best clam po'boy I've ever had, I like to think I know seafood, I mean we're from Florida but that sandwich GOOD. The room was VERY spacious,totally upgraded, quiet, lots of mirrors & outlets for computers. I'll be staying here again & ... again...the location was just perfect to Central Park, Times Square, the subway, Saks & LOADS of restaurants.

First of all check-in and check-out is fast, and the hotel has great location which is near the 5 ave shopping area. There ... also has a subway station just one block away. The hotel is clean and the staff is nice and friendly.

We had only been to New York once before and this time we were travelling with a young teen. We knew we were going to be out ... and about so we didn't need a lot of special amenities at the hotel but we did want a clean, comfortable and friendly place to relax and sleep in-between...we got all of that. The location was very close to many sites and restaurants by either walking or a short cab ride...we would stay there again.

The special pricing for multi attraction tickets and discounts is well worth it. Not only did we get a lot of value for our money there were often no cost extras included for those with the packages. Details can be found at any visitor information center or at the hotel.

Concierge very helpful. Knew just what recommendations for restaurants. And the theater desk got us tickets to almost sold ... out Broadway play. Very helpful with directions, cabs, etc. Very user friendly.

Great location -- very nice hotel; very clean and responsive staff. However, the rooms were so small -- even after upgrading ... to the executive level. I've stayed in NYC many times and some hotels comment on their "european style" (which means small rooms), but I wouldn't expect this from a Hilton on the upgraded level.

Was really surprised at how spacious the room was. Very clean. Very quiet. Couldn't believe we were in the middle of ... Manhattan and couldn't hear traffic. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived which was a slight inconvenience, however staff offered a complimentary dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was fantastic, and appreciated. Overall a great stay. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Our stay was amazing and just right for our needs. The room was very clean and the self check-in was great. We were able to ... walk in, go to a kiosk and check ourselves in without waiting in line. We did the same for check-out. It was fast, easy and made life easier for us. The only thing I had a problem with was the toliet seat. It moved every time I sat down on it and I felt as if I was going to fall off. That freaked me out every time. I hope they tighten the screws.I felt safe my whole stay. We would love to go back every time we go to NYC.

Two blocks from Central Park, Rockefeller center and five blocks from Timesquare. Shopping and food everywhere in between. We walked to everything except the statue of Liberty. It was awesome and a great money saver.

Hotel was great but they did not provide any shuttle service. They have an outside company provide the service and you had to ... pay 24.00 per person and you had to go when they told you to go to the airport. My flight didn't leave until 9am and they had me ride the 5:30am shuttle so I had to sit at the airport for several hours.

My daughter & I went to NYC for the US Tennis Open and to see the city sites. Although the hotel was not close to Flushing ... Meadows, it was very convenient and within walking distance to most other sites - Central Park, Bloomingdales, Ed Sullivan Theatre, Times Square.....

There are so many things to do in a five block radius or so. You can walk to central park, the Museum of Modern Art, the theater district, Times Square and dozens of fabulous restaurants. Radio City Music Hall is one block, Rockefeller Center two blocks. They have a discount ticket area now in the middle of Times Square. You can get a great discount on all Broadways shows the day of (except Wicked)

you can walk to theaters, restaurants and shopping or take a bus tour of uptown/downtown. this is a busy hotel, lots of families, a little noisy. not for you if you are looking for a quiet getaway

Really, a Short Ride. Very convenient to visiting several museums with MoMA in the next block. Museum Mile (Metropolitan, Guggenheim, Natural History) & Central Park a short bus ride up Madison.
