Enjoyable Stay at Great Location
We traveled to New York for a week getaway from work and children. The hotel was in the perfect location (extremely close to Broadway theaters, Times Square, wonderful restaurants, the subway, etc.). Everything with the hotel was perfect, except that our room was located next to the housekeeper's closet causing some minor noise issues during the housekeeper's work hours. We would definitely stay at the hotel again and would recommend to friends and family.

Instead of buying Broadway tickets before your trip, I would recommend waiting until you get to New York and buy your tickets the day of the show for up to 50% savings.

Great hotel, fantastic location
This hotel is in a great location; pretty much in the heart of Times Square. Restaurants, shopping, and nightlife right at your door step. Hardly ever took taxis, we walked everywhere. The staff were very nice and accomodating. The room was a nice size and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location
Our room was very comfortable and clean with all the amenties we needed, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The location was perfect. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.

Virtual New-Yorker
Quiet Lodging in an excellent location
Fantastic location, close to all Broadway theaters, one block away from a subway station, and yet very quiet and clean inside. The rooms are generously sized and have excellent furnishings. The only thing that marred the whole experience was that the blackout curtains in my room did not extend to the full width of the window, and so the gauzy mirror curtain didn't afford the complete privacy I would have preferred (an office building was next door). But that is a minor complaint - I would gladly stay there again.

Avoid the big restaurant crowds by going to Joe Allen restaurant on 46th just after the 8pm curtain time. It's quiet, cozy, and is a local's favorite.

New York fanatic
Location! Location! Location!
Great hotel within walking distance from Times Square. The king room is very big with plenty of closet space and room for suitcases, shopping bags, etc. Staff are extremely friendly and willing to help with any problems or queries you may have. Free access to the computers in the lobby which is great and i think there's free wifi in all the rooms. Our room was on the 5th floor and it was a bit noisy at times but it wasn't unbearable. If possible I'd try and request a room on a higher floor. Rooms cleaned every day and to a very high standard.

I didn't have breakfast in the hotel but there is a diner right across the street from the hotel which has a huge breakfast selection and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Very reasonable prices as well. Its a good start to the day.

Get Graylines (bus tours) 24 or 48 pass. Hop on and off anytime and you can go see where everything is at and stop off if you like.
