Amazing. A bit too nice, staff didn't think we belonged there (my wife and I were checked a few too many times which was annoying). Expensive but worth it, massive,clean room just round the corner from Times Square. New York is cool and this is right in the action!

The first time in a long time
The first time in a long time that I have found absolutely nothing at fault in a room or hotel, but then one should probably expect that of such a chain. Perfect location, great hotel, and with [Website] good value for money.

Nice hotel, very conveniently
Nice hotel, very conveniently located in Midtown. The staff was very friendly and helpful - all the staff, not just the front desk. The room was nicely furnished, and the bathroom had been upgraded, with a granite counter and nice fixtures. The room was not large, but spacious for a New York hotel. Would definitely stay there again.

An excellent hotel in a great
An excellent hotel in a great location. Great staff, particularly, Donald and the concierge,Larry. He really knows his 'stuff' and was an excellent help in getting around this huge metropolis. Dissapointed with some of the staff in the adjoining restaraunt who quite rude when we were watching the socceroos play. Would not use the restaraunt but would stay at the hotel again.

Excellent hotel in excellent location,
Excellent hotel in excellent location, very short walk to Times Square. No hotel parking but parking station next door with hotel validation available, although as you would expect in New York, parking is not cheap. We opted for a room accommodating four (4) persons and although a little crowded with persons and luggage the room was more than adequate for the sleeping hours we were actually in the room. Plenty of restaurant and food options available nearby and if planning Grayline Hop on hop off tours their office and pickup just down the street.

Great location to Times Square, Gray Line tours. Many good local restaurants close to hotel. Easy walk to all areas of interest.

Perfect for first time in NYC
Location for Broadway is excellent, close to fresh food markets and inexpensive restaurants--all walkable. Love the microwave and frig in room. Nice work-out room. Free coffee in AM. Staff of hotel welcoming, friendly, and helpful--especially Larry the consierge gave great tips and suggestions and [...]the bellman who anticipated needs. Bed was comfortable and room well-maintained.

Da Marino Italian Restuarant around the corner from hotel is has excellent reasonable menu and a very fun and welcoming staff. Nice for pre or post Boadway show delights.
