Super Get Away...Most Professional Staff
The hotel's staff was professional and friendly. Any questions were clearly answered, there was a pleasant tone in everyones voice. The location was in the middle of all the was happening, yet, a slight way into the opposite end of Broadway that it wasn't as noisy. We went shopping, to the restaurants, the comedy show uptown and sightseeing. We had a stupendous experience there. We will be returning again soon!!!

Couldn't ask for better!!!
We went to NYC to shop and this was the perfect location to do so. Everything was great. DEFINITELY will stay there again.

Very nice people
I enjoyed by Trip..The Donald was very nice and brought us to the room and explained everything to us. We had no real issues with the hotel other than the fact that the card key holder stated that I would get a printout by 6 am of leaving so you can just use the zip out service to leave the hotel. I did not get this and when I went down to say I was leaving, the bellman took my key and escorted me to the cab. I guess I didn't need to do anything else. I loved the location..very close to broadway and very close to the tour bus pick up site. There was some rumbling of the subway but it was not real loud..in fact it took awhile before I figured out what the noise was.

The food emporium right next door is great. Fresh food and you can select the amount you want in your dish..your not getting more than you can eat which would normally be tossed.

Great Staff, Location, and Amenities
I was on the third floor in a room next to the linen room. I could always hear the subway trains go by, noise from the street, and noise from the linen room. Having lived in the city before, all the noise didn't bother me. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room had a queen bed, large desk, large dresser, and plenty of space in which to move around. Having a microwave, coffeepot, and fridge was great! There was a nice sized flat screen TV, complimentary wireless (or wired) internet, and remote printing available. The in-room AC worked great; the room was never too hot or too cold. The only minor issue I had was that the water in the shower took a good 7 or 8 minutes to fully heat up. The hotel is in a great location; just a short walk to The Lion King, Wicked, and the subway. The walk to/from Port Authority was not bad either; took about 10 minutes. Overall, the hotel was great and I would stay there again.

Location, location, location
Just an easy stroll to Times square. 4 minute cab ride to the west-side docks for the "circle-island tour"-which was pretty neat. opted to start walking from the docks after tour, and happened upon Birdland on 44th St. Turned out to be a highlight with Jazz-Master Pharo Sampson on sax, & quartet. Chicago @ Ambassador less than 1/2 block away the next night. Subway to SoHo, Chinatown, Little Italy--Easy. Just don't come to play, if you not ready to pay.

Great place to stay
Location is great - walking distance to theatres, many good restaurants nearby. Tour bus just a block away. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We would have preferred two beds instead of one kingsize bed. Other than that everything was great.

Good stay
Good location. Was able to walk around at night. Had a great time. Easy transportation. Staff was good. Non smoking romm had smell in the room but the staff sprayed immediately.

great location everything close to hotel
The hotel has a great location almost every site of interest is in walking distances. The rooms are very quiet, and the staffs are very friendly with the guess. I do recommend this hotel and will visited again soon
