Great Christmas / New Year Week Getaway
Central midtown / Time Square location combined with consistent Hampton Inn standards make this a terrific value! Thoughtful Room layout given NYC space constraints combined with tasteful decor and cleanliness creates an restful oasis for rest and sleep in between all the activities in The Big Apple. Highly recommend for mid market tourist!

family getaway
room was small but adequate for a couple. Other than that, it was clean, staff was great, breakfast was awesome. very convenient to times square and subways. it could use another elevator or 2. overall nice place to stay and i would recommend it.

The low down
The room is perfect. I stayed there on a Sunday night and paid only $129. It's the best value in the area and is only 3 blocks from Time Square.

Try Lime Jungle for fresh Tex Mex food at the corner of 49th and Ninth Avenue. It has a separate salsa bar with every kind of salsa to put on your food. Try the steak fajita salad- that's one of my favorite's.

Try Ayza wine and chocolate bar down the street. It's about a 10 min walk from the hotel and it's amazing!

1 night at the hampton inn
Stayed just for 1 night location was very near to times square area us a bit too crowded for my taste. Overall the hotel was excellent. Except for the noisy airconditioning unit

Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square South
The hotel location was very central and 10/15 minute walk to Times Square and subway. Our room was only cleaned once during our 4 day stay and that was when we requested this otherwise you make your own bed. Be aware that they charge a $75 deposit to your credit card which is refunded a week to 10 days later. The breakfast was good but the dining room does get very crowded in the morning. Free wifi and PC room with printer was very good for checking in for flight and printing facility for printing boarding cards. Overall the hotel was very good but pricey due to location.

We booked our attraction tickets with Attractions UK before we left the UK. The World Yacht cruise is good but food average. Book the extra drinks package to be sure of not being charged a fortune.

Awesome hotel; enjoyed my short stay
the breakfast is the best hotel breakfast i have had. Everything else is very good. Internet was very fast.
