Eurostars Wall Street Hotel

Hotel Inadvertently Cancelled the Reservation on the Day of Arrival. Needless to mention the difficulty encountered while attempting to rebook in Manhattan for same day arrival. The cost and grief involved is unmentionable.

I thought this hotel was great as far as location and things in the area. It's close to trains so no problem getting to whatever neighborhood. Ok, so the beds might not have your "sleep number", but who cares? It's Euro. The room I had was very large, included a kitchen, large space for relaxing. I live in another big city, so the "noise" was hardly anything I'm not used to, and I slept great. I've heard others complain about the noise, hard bed, no amenities...first world problems. I'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to the action but the room and the bed is not comfotable

My second time staying here. It's still out of the way except for the Wall St area, and the local amenities aren't as good as other neighborhoods. But if you need to be way downtown, the hotel is clean and the staff goes out of their way to be helpful.

First of all, the location is great if you're here for work in the FiDi. Not great for tourists unless you want to be way downtown. It is blocks to the South St Seaport however. The room was a little tired, but neat and clean with a Euromodern look for the furnishings. In-room fridge and microwave very convenient. More than adequate room & storage for a long stay (I was only there 2 nights) and comfortable. There is a bar, but no restaurant/room service, but this is made up for by numerous local delivery options (for those of us working late) The best part was the staff. Extremely friendly, helpful and worldly (they all seemed to speak about 4 languages). They made sure that everything was OK

Hotel is in an ideal location for the meetings I had (near Wall Street) but it is in desperate need of updating. Hallway carpeting is threadbare, rooms are dingy and dull and that "luxurious marble bathroom"? what a joke. Old, tired marble is more like it. Also, this is the third time I've stayed here over the past three years and the building has been under construction for over three years. Not good if you want to sleep.

Hotel was nice needs some minor touch up work in bathrooms particularly.

Chose this hotel because I wanted to explore the Wall Street area and it was a reasonably price. No extras but just a clean comfortable room and close to everything.

I traveled on business while staying at Eurostars. The staff was very helpful. From reccommecdations on where to eat to print outs of traveling on the subways and walking to nearby attractions they were excellent. The only gripe I have is how small the hotel room and hallways were. I felt that the arrangement of the room could be different in possibly making the room bigger. The hallway was also very small and so if there were trash left in the hallway it wasn't a pretty smell. For the purpose of business it was fine. Had it been for pleasure my review might be slightly different. P.S. Looking outside of your hotel room there is no view.
