BK Bahamas
The worst of the worst.
We were both excited to be staying at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. However, we were let down from the word go. The receptionist kept us waiting 30 minutes in a line while talking to another customer who apparently was in our room. The rooms itself was tiny and HIGHLY overpriced for what you would expect from a Crowne Plaza. Even though we were on the 35th floor, the noise levels were terrible. The rooms were not cleaned to our satisfaction. For the money we paid we would have expected a turndown service...we were not that lucky. Facecloths were stained. Towels were stained. This hotel is highly over-rated. So dissappointing considering their high standards in the Middle East. A total let down!!!!!!!

Très bon emplacement
Séjour réussi dans un immense hôtel très bien situé dans Times square.Chambres propres mais assez mal isolées des bruits de l exterieur . L accès au wifi était payant. Dommage !

hotel très bien plaçé,lit très confortable. le personnel est agréable je regrette juste qu'il n'est était mentionné nul part que la salle de sport était payante.

super séjour
chambre prpre et lits tres confortables (2x2 grands lits pour 2 enfants et 2 adultes). salle de bain propre , sèche cheveux et bons produits de douche. idealement situé sur times square face au M&M's store!!!! vu sur times square depuis le resto et bar!!! manque un frigo dans la chambre mais glacon dispo et café. super vue depuis la chambre au 41 etage avec coucher de solei!

emplacement ideal
Avons sejourné à 5, 2 chambres non communicantes au 33 eme etage avec vue sur TIMES SQUARE. Atout majeur, profiter tous les soirs de l'ambiance du site des la sortie de l'hotel. petit dej prohibitif, a ne pas prendre sur place mais petite epicerie à 100 m de l'hotel avec cafe et the dans la chambre.

Hotelli ja hotellin palvelut, siisteys, sijainti ym muuten erinomainen, mutta oli äärettömän kylmä. Helmikuussa tuuli puhalteli ulkona kylmästi joka tuntui myös sisätiloissa. Huoneen ilmastointi oli lämpimimmässä ääriasennossa (80), mutta ei ollut lämmitysmahdollisuutta kuten matkaseureemme huoneessa, he saivat lisälämmityksen päälle. Ilamstointi ei ollut päällä, verhot heiluivat tuulen mukana ja ikkunat vihelsivät tuulessa. Ikkunoiden tiivistys olisi tarpeen 46/30 -kerroksessa. Suosittelen hotellia lämpimään aikaan matkaaville.

Sehr gutes Hotel
Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt am Puls des Times Square. Das Personal ist freundlich, das Hotel gepflegt und sauber. Check-In und Check-Out verliefen problemlos, die Koffer konnte ohne Preisaufschlag vor der Abreise abgegeben und später wieder bezogen werden. Für jene, die es gerne ruhig in der Nacht haben, ist es eher ungeeignet, da sich das Hotel sehr zentral befindet und die Stadt wirklich niemals schläft. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert und wird von uns wieder gebucht werden.

Les three girls
Superbe voyage
Une semaine très surchargé entre le très gros programme que nous avions prévue et la course contre la montre pour ne rien manqué ! Très grand hôtel, inconvénients régler en cinq minute sur simple demande. Courtoisie du personnel et sourire comme on en voit rarement. Pleinement satisfaite de ma semaine et des nuit paisible dans le calme et dans des lit de cocon ! Magnifique vue sur Broadway et grande baignoire. J'adore tout simplement cet hôtel.

Ne pas faire dix milles kilomètre car le divertissement est en bas de l hôtel. Vous y trouverai tout, TOUT. Magasin shopping restauration rapide ou non, et très très bon, ainsi qu une rue animé par ses habitant toute la nuit et le jour !
