excellent location,and excellent service
The hotel has an excellent location, the service was excellent, we ask for a times square view and they find us a good one, they clean our room daily and bring all the supplies we need. We are very pleased with the service. The location is spectacular we find all the places we like to visit very fast because everything was a steps from the hotel.

What a great hotel!!!
This hotel was awesome. The location was just perfect. It was close to the theaters with the shows we saw, close to Times Square shopping and restaurants, and close to the subway. It was spotless and the service was first class. We spent three full days in New York and the entire vacation, except for the terrible weather, was just a wonderful experience for my sister, my two daughters and I. We loved New York and the Crowne Plaza.

We saw Million Dollar Quartet and Rock of Ages while in New York. They were both unbelievably wonderful. The talent on both stages was remarkable. I hightly recommend both shows. Also, the food we had was just great. We experienced Thai food, Cuban food, and a wonderful burger and cheescake from Juniors. Talk about unforgettable!! Leave your diet at home and enjoy the really great New York food.

I Love NY Mom!
Can't say a bad thing about this hotel
This was our first trip to New York City and we picked the perfect hotel to make our visit memorable! When we were dropped off literally in the middle of Time Square at the entrance to our hotel an employee took our luggage and checked it in and held onto it until we could check in at 3:00. The location was perfect. The room was very clean and the beds were one of the best I have ever slept in. We were one block from our theater! Can't say enough about how wonderful this hotel is!

Crowne Plaza Hotel Times Square
Sight see, visit museums, restaurants. Our hotel experience was wonderful. The security was top notch! The maid asked us to show her our key would work in our room when we came back to the room to put shopping bags and she was cleaning--really nice!!!! She didn't assume we belonged there. Thank you!!!

Great Hotel, Great Location
My wife and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza on Times Square for three nights. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The view of Times Square was amazing. The location made it easy to walk to all of the key tourist destinations in the city. We were within a 10-15 minute walk from Central Park, the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Macy's, 5th Avenue Shopping district, and more! This allowed us to be out a little later in the evening without having a long walk home, and without spending money for cab or subway fare. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would absolutely stay here again in the future.
