girlies shopping trip
we booked this hotel because of location and we weren,t dissappointed, the hotel was lovely and the staff we very helpful espically amander the hotel receptionist, we were celerbrating our birthday and she had champagne and strawberries dipped in chocalate sent to our room, i would recommend this hotel, cant wait to book again

Abusing their guests
We enjoyed the hotel and the great location. However, when we asked to spend a second night they would not honor the prearranged rate and added an exorbitant amount if we wished to stay on, and were very rude about the price increase. The hotel was not full, so they were just "sticking it" to guests who were already there.

Michael a new Yankee fan
What a Mother's Day!
This hotel made my wife, daughter, and I feel so special. Michael(Bell Captain) was so helpful with tourist info we asked for. All staff were availabe for service. Can't wait to come back

Great location
Great staff and location. I would recommend this hotel for tourist. Knowledgable staff and close to two main trains. Everywhere was walking distance or a short train ride away.

Location suited our family of 5 perfectly. Everything walkable, all entertainment nearby.
Fairly good but conciege(s) would have been much more helpful and co-operative. Service generally fairly curt.

THIS WAS ONE OF THE NICEST HOTELS EVER! THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT. THE ROOMS WERE FRESH AND CLEAN AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

Excellent Location
This is a very clean and quiet hotel. Though it is quite busy in the lobby area, the rooms have excellent soundproofing. Very comfortable beds. Nice touch was the Keurig coffee/tea brewer, but with the usual horrid powdered lightener. If you use cream in your tea or coffee, buy a small container of cream or milk from one of the nearby shops and keep it cold in the ice bucket because there is no mini-fridge in the room.

Go to the TKTS booth in Times Square to see what kind of tix are available before booking through the concierge. You can save up to half the ticket price. Almost all theatres are within a 5 minute walk of the hotel..

Girls weekend out
Great Stay
Hotel was clean and comfortable. Great location. Staff was friendly and always willing to help. Our stay was wonderful! Our only complaint was the room thermostat would only allow it to go to 68 - sometimes that seemed too warm BUT still comfortable!
