NY weekend getaway
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Safe neighborhood, walking distance to lots of NY atractions. I was able to print my boarding passes, get extra pillows and blankets from the hall closet and that made me feel at home! Will definitely visit again.

Good stay
My wife surprised me with a b-day weekend to NYC so I didn't get to choose this place but it turned out to be nice. Rooms are as small as you'd expect in Manhattan but you don't feel cramped. We hardly spent time in the room to be honest apart from sleeping. A metro stop is just outside the hotel on the corner. Be aware that everything closes early Downtown on the weekends. Consider staying in Midtown if you want the 24/7 scene.

Staff very courteous and helpful. Towels were quite ordinary. Only one handtowel and washcloth placed in room for 2 people. Location quite good with easy access to subway.

Very pleased.
We were very impressed with this hotel. The hotel staff was helpful (can't say the same for the restaurant staff) and our room was terrific - comfortable beds, nice bathroom and a desk under a large window. They had a guest supply closet in the hallway stocked with extra blankets, pillows, irons (and boards), coffee making supplies, etc. Loved not having to call down for that stuff - it was like being home! There is a 24-hr market/pharmacy around the corner. We would love to stay there again.

Dining tip:
In Hotel
Although their under-staffed and scant breakfast buffet looks like a typical complimentary offering....it isn't.

Decent for what it is.
Great price on the weekend. Pretty dead down there on the weekend so don't expect huge nightlife. Expect a decent room and expect to use the subway to get around. The rooms are standard size but a little on the loud side. One nice feature is that they have water dispensers on each floor.

Great hotel for the price. My only complaint is that the room was small, but again - good for the price. I would definitely stay there again.
