The room was small, but, I expected that. I was on the 26th floor and the bathroom fan ran constantly. Closing the door ... reduced the sound. Nice size shower, no bath tub which was disappointing. I was told on check-out that all rooms on the 26th floor were required to have the fans always on. They did put a note in my account not to put me on that floor again. Very small entrance, hard to find. Vacation no, business or 1 / 2 day stay ok depending on the price.

Super Friendly and Helpful Staff
First Time Overnight Stay in NY Nov 22, 2009
The room was a little small, but I guess that can be expected when space is so limited in NY. It was fine for me and my ... boyfriend, though. The hotel is at an amazing location and the staff is so friendly and helpful. They suggested this great small restaurant-Azalea's-that was within walking distance. It had great prices and service! There is also a coffee/pizza shop right next door with good prices. It was a great experience all in all and the hotel had a major part in that.

My Stay Was FANTASTIC!
amy Oct 8, 2009
This hotel is absolutely perfect for anybody traveling alone and good for anyone not intending to stay much in their room. ... The rooms are a bit small, but clean and comfortable, and come with everything needed (desk with free, no hassle wi fi!). The location is FANTASTIC. Service was helpful and friendly. It does not have a restaurant or full service, but I didn't expect it to. Everything I wanted was outside the hotel. I had no problems! However, DO know the EXACT address getting there as there are several hotels with similar names in the area and your taxi/shuttle service/car may not know which is which. This one is across from Radiocity.

Barely noticed the hotel entrance
Bay Area Sep 10, 2009
There is nothing bad to complain with this hotel. But going into this trip, I had expected a normal size hotel but the rooms ... were small. It might be enough for the business traveler who only needs to sleep in the room, I wouldn't recommend it for vacationers who want the room to fit their travel "theme". I wasn't expecting luxurious but a big enough room to relax in. The lobby was tiny, just like the room, and the entrance is next to Johnny Utah's. You can easily miss it. There are always smokers outside the door from Johnny Utah's and it wasn't the nicest greeting when you come back from a long day in NY.

If you are going to be traveling using the subway in NY, I would recommend getting the unlimited Metrocard (7 day or longer, depending on your stay). For instance I got a 7 day card for $27. I believe if you pay "per ride" it's around $2.25 or so.

The very clean little room I had was just the perfect size and space for my needs. I also had a lovely dinner at the ... restaurant the first night of my stay, as well as delicious room-service breakfast the last morning before checking out. The best way to describe this hotel is efficient -- it's quality and clean without too much fuss, and the location worked great for walking the city and getting to the subway.

A nice business hotel for the money. Staff friendly & helpful in suggesting restaurants, etc. Very responsive when requested ... iron/ironing board. Free internet. Free bottled water on every other floor - a nice perk. Shower only. Rooms not very soundproof - could hear other guests coming home from late night partying, doors slamming - but overall a very good value.

Club Quarters provided everything we needed and more! Everything is practically brand new. There is complimentary bottled ... water on every floor (came in handy for long, sight seeing days). The staff were very accommodating and professional. The location couldn't have been any better. Right across from Radio City and a couple blocks from Times Square. I would recommend to anyone - I got home and told my hair dresser about the trip (he lived in NYC for 8 yrs) and he said that Club Quarters is his favorite and only place that he stays when he visits!
