I love this hotel!
Everything was perfect. I stayed at this hotel on two separate nights. Loved the modern, clean rooms and the location. Thought the room size was good for New York and the unsolicited upgrade to a queen room on my second visit was appreciated. Storage could have been a problem for a longer stay but since I was only there for one night at a time it wasn't an issue for me. The waterfall shower and lighted (fog-free) mirror were nice touches as were the dimmers on the lights. The room was very quiet, even the one right by the elevator. Staff was friendly and the Starbucks across the street was convenient. I got a promo price at half off so it was an incredible value. I couldn't have asked for a nicer stay.

I will definitely be staying here again
The art and all the design details of the hotel - very modern. The room was very nice. All the amenities of the room (soaps, shampoos, flat screen TV's, frette linens, etc) were so comfortable and accommodating. The attention and services provided to me during my stay was comparable to any 5 start hotel I have ever stayed at. Wherever you turn, there is a smiling face to greet you and an offer of help in any way they can. The location of this hotel could not be any better. Minutes away from Times Square and shopping on 5th & Madison Ave's. The hotel was extremely clean – something I was very impressed with. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit NYC – if I can get a room!

Not good
Just a regular weekend trip. Even though the construction was not brushed up, we just went there because of the reasonable deal offered. But, there was water leak on bathroom wall and pretty a big-size hole on the wall. Not sure if they can fix those after their 'final finishing process.' Valet parking is horrible: you have to wait over 30 minutes to have your car brought to you. Location is good.

tres bon sejour, en plein coeur de Manhattan et à times square..tout confort et bien au calme...seul b mol : le prix de la wifi 15$ par jour c est exagere.. et aussi les peits dej 17$ pour un petit dej avec vienoiseries...

Un hotel très agréable, une équipe super dynamique et accueillante au possible, un emplacement de premier choix et des chambres très confortables (avec mention spéciale pour la salle de bain !) Que demandez de plus ? Un petit effort sur le prix peut être ? Mais a part ça ...

Prenez le métro ! Chargez une métro card à 10 $ (vous aurez .070 cents de bonus) et préparer votre itinéraire à l'avance. Les rues et les avenues sont immenses, donc si vous vous trompez de sens vous perdrez beaucoup de temps ! Alors étudiez bien vos itinéraires à l'avance. Ne errez pas au hasard dans les rues, fixez vous plutot des points à atteindre et des objectifs.

Très bonne prestation, le top pour l'emplacement Nous y retournerions avec plaisir Le restaurant en travaux pendant notre séjour Mais bon breakfast au bar de l'hôtel . Nous vous conseillons vraiment cet hôtel.

Einzelzimmer wird als Doppelzimmer verkauft
Top Lage des Hotels jedoch etwas mehr Schein als Sein. Das so genannte Doppelzimmer war mit einem ca 120cm breiten Bett ausgestattet. Die Lobby ist modern, der Rest des Hotels teilweise nicht in tollstem Zustand.

Super moderne Hotel, nur wenige Minuten vom Times Square entfernt. Hotelzimmer wure täglich sehr gründlich aufgeräumt. Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr klein geschnitten, reicht jedoch völlig aus, da man ohnehin wenig Zeit im Hotel verbringt.
