Great Place with LOTS of Potential
Loved the location and boutique feel of this place. Super clean room and great staff. Room was smaller than most i have stayed in big box hotels, but it was so well laid out that I really didn't care. 10th floor terrace very nice for midtown location although it did seem a bit bare. There is a BLT restaurant being built in front and a very large space off the main lobby that appears to offer more potential, but no signage as to how it is intended to be used in the future. Pret a Manger is right next door and CVS literally around the corner, lots of reasonably priced restaurants on the same block. Time Square 5 min walk. Price was the usual crazy NYC price...so market forces will dictate this. Definitely staying here again when in need of midtown location.

Was a nice clean hotel, but not good for business travel.
The hotel was nice and room looked like it had been recently renovated. had a modern feel and comfortable bed. Closet was small with little to no drawer space to put your clothes and things. There was a small desk for working. If you travel on business or have to iron anything, good luck. They had a mini desktop ironing board that barely fit on top of the desk. That was a big pain and most of the local TV stations didn't work on the TV in the room. It would be good for a casual weekend for a couple, but i wouldn't stay there again when traveling on business.

Relaxing evening
Only stayed at Cassa Hotel for one night, but it was a really great stay. They even upgraded me to a King size executive room. Really clean, plenty of room, comfortable bed and a great shower. Cassa is located centrally to the Times Square area, so you're where the action. Totally recommend the location as it wasn't cheap, but cheaper than many of the other hotels in the area.

Very Impressive
The hotel is very easy to find. I received a free room upgrade upon checking in. There is a fully stocked mini bar in the room, big flat screen TV, iPod/clock radio. The room was nice sized and very quiet. The concierge was great and very insightful. The staff is really helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Last but certainly not least, the beds are really comfortable. I slept like a baby!

Great Stay
The hotel was great. Centrally located and easy to commute anywhere from the hotel. The staff was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help in any way possible. Rooms where nicely decorated and very modern. Nice features like big flat screen TV, ipod docking station/alarm/clock and mini bar. Very reasonably priced for NYC.

Great location, services and pricing.
[...] The rooms and furnishing were new and modern. I think my wife wanted to buy some of their furniture. We thought the price was great. It's a few blocks from Times Square so it was easy to walk around and have quick access to the shows. The staff were wonderful. They were always there and eager to help. [...] was awesome. Everyone was wonderful. we would stay there again for personal or business travel. It's not the Ritz or Four Seasons but was an excellent experience overall. Thanks.

Cassa Hotel
Had a wonderful experience at Cassa. The staff was very friendly, helpful and they provide very excellent service. This was my first time to NYC and I will definately stay there when I go back. The bed was very comfortable and they even provided a crib with all of the linen's for my daughter.

Nothing to write home
Well located, rooms look a lot bigger in the brochure, bathroom is one of those designs that tried to hard to llok modern and because of that are uncomfortable in many ways. Reception too crouded all the time, noisy. No bussines center, not enyugo elevators. People have good attitude, clean.

Cassa Hotel review
Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Would be improved by power outlets next to the bed, a full size ironing board and free wireless. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I would recommend the hotel and stay again apart from the fact there are only 2 elevators servicing all 45 or so floors which meant very long waits.
