Relaxing evening
Only stayed at Cassa Hotel for one night, but it was a really great stay. They even upgraded me to a King size executive room. Really clean, plenty of room, comfortable bed and a great shower. Cassa is located centrally to the Times Square area, so you're where the action. Totally recommend the location as it wasn't cheap, but cheaper than many of the other hotels in the area.

A wonderful surprise! Superb service!
I travel to NYC at least once annually and stay at different hotels, always looking for room quality and location. This property is very well located just one block from Times Square and the value for the price was really worth it. Very clean and beautiful (modern-decorated) rooms, confortable and ultra clean bathroom (nice glass shower walls), but the real surprise was the superb service and care of the staff. Wow! Definitely a keeper for my upcomming trips.

Great Location - Very quiet!
Not only was the hotel in a great location but considering that it is so close to Times Square, it was not noisy at all! I was able to enjoy the area all day and come back and be fully relaxed at night. The beds are amazing!! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to NY

Terrific Hotel in Wonderful Location
Hotel is located a block and a half off Time Square and is within walking distance to Grand Central Station, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building etc. The rooms are small but you need to expect that in Manhattan. Hotel was clean, staff was terrific and I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Couldn't have been better
The entire facility at the Cassa was incredibly clean, especially the room. The staff was courteous and helpful beyond the call of duty. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in, and the housekeeping was great. The location is perfect - in the middle of everything but in a relatively quiet place. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Great Location
While this hotel wasn't right in Times Square or on the Park, it was in a great location, within walking distance to Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza, Central Park, as well as transportation hubs like the Port Authority/Times Square Station and Grand Central. If you can find your way around town on the subway, but want to be close to it all, then this is a great place to stay.

Great location but dingy
Great location but dingy with old panelled hallways in great need of refurbishing. The room was "upgraded" to an executive suite but barely had room to hang clothing. There was great need for better lighting in the room. The staff was one of the best we have had in New York- very helpful. They held tickets for us for Easter services at St. Pat's a week in advance. Not a good value. BUT, a great deli, Cranberry Deli is half a block away and includes hot food.

Entertainment tip:
Short walk from hotel
EVERYTHING is close; theaters, restaurants, all sights. Since it is on a side street there was no noise.
