Girls Weekend!!!

My friends and I stayed here for an overnight in February. We'd been wanting to plan this trip for almost 7 yrs...after that amount of time you want it to be GREAT! From the moment we pulled upto the hotel and were greatest by the gentleman working as the bellhop we were off to a great start. Same thing with all employees we encountered at the front desk. At one point my friend and I forgot which floor the coffee was on and ran into an employee who put us in the correct elevator and to the right floor. We all slept great, the beds were so comfortable and the room was clean! We were all very happy with our entire experience at this hotel!!!! We would all stay again; and hope to.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Macy's and The Empire State Building are both a short walk away. We enjoyed a lot of the stores along the way. One of our friends is a great haggler so we got great deals an met some cool people there as well.

Great location and a decent hotel

This hotel isn't anything to rave about, but for a traveler who just needed a place to sleep and a hot shower, it was perfect. Great location downtown. Everything was clean and the room was pretty big, with a small continental breakfast in the morning.

Girl Getaway

Not sure what to expect when we booked our room in NYC. The staff at the hotel was wonderful and met our every need. The location of the hotel is about a mile from times square but the metro was close enough to make use of and went both up and down town. Even walking was not hard to get uptown for all we wanted to do in NYC.

Great Location!

Travel with 3 other friends, our first time in New York celebrating our 60th birthday.Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Requested a room with two beds but instead got a queen and a roll away bed,it was comfortable and the room still roomy. Walking distance to Macy's, Empire State Bldg. and Time Square. Would have appreciated more fruit, toasts & dry cereal for breakfast instead of bagels and sweet danish pastry. Good quiet location and good price for N.Y. Would recommend to a friend.Discount shopping at Century 21. Hop On Hop Off Grayline Guided Tours a great way to see the city and the sites and very affordable. Felt safe walking the streets of NY day or evening, police presence on the streets and lots of people around. Found people friendly and helpful when asking for directions.
