Amenity-heavy hotel in Times Square with a hip, modern vibe
The Best Western President Hotel at Times Square looks traditional on the outside, but the interior spaces have a youthful, modern look. A renovation gave rooms and public spaces a clean look. Free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, business center and plenty of in-room amenities appeal to business and leisure travelers. Awesome Location
Great location - very close to Times Square, Broadway theaters, and great resturants. Not a lot of extra space in the room but its New York.

Horrible experience
The room they gave me was not more than 100 sq ft in size with a very small bathroom. It must have been the last room available in the hotel. I felt for the price that this was unnaceptable. I would not recomment this hotel to anyone. Terible service and room quality.

Delightful stay
Our trip to NYC was a short one, but extremely warm and friendly--not like some of the travel stories you hear about from NYC visitors. The President Best Western staff could not have been more welcoming, I felt like I was at home the moment I walked through the hotel lobby. The rooms were small, but cozy--perfect for an overnight stay.

the best western president in new york city is clean and very well located. I would recomend it if you don't want to spend too much money, but want to be near times square and broadway.

A comfy place in NYC
The Best Western President Hotel in in the heart of New York's Broadway. It was very clean and a great value for the money. The room was a modest size, but the shower was somewhat luxurious. The staff was very pleasant and it was a great value for the money. I would stay there again without hesitation.

Great location
The hotel is in the heart of NY. so we where in the best location in Midtown Manhattan. Location is good for take cabs or subway or to have a night walk. It was good option to go to central park by walk. Room was small but confortable, very newyorker mood and peacefull in general. The bed was soft, so we didn?t enjoy the sleep very much because we use to sleep in hard mattress bed. Wireless conection works perfect around reception but in our room, in the eight flor, the signal was poor and do not work efficient, so if you come for work definitively is not a good choice, but for fun trip the hotel is perfect and you will not found so well option for that rate.

Dissapointed
I was very dissapointed with this hotel :( The location was excellent, but the room was so small you could barely walk around in it. I am not lying when I say it was smaller than my bedroom at home. The cleaning services were superb!! There is absolutely no complaint there. But this was my cousin's and my first time to New York. We asked the conceirge a couple questions on how to get to a couple places and all she could do was ridicule us. Her sarcasm was definetly unwanted. We were tourists, don't they expect that? The second time we talked to the concierge she was selling broadway tickets so we told her what show we wanted to see and she was very rude asking us if we realize that we have to be there at least 10 minutes early. We were buying the tickets 2 hours in advance and the theatre was about 4 blocks away??? To end it, 4 hours before we had to be to the airport we went to sign up for the FREE shuttle and she told us she could not get it for us, so we had to pay $60 to ensure that we would be to the airport on time. Everyone had such good things to say about this hotel, but apparently we weren't so lucky.
