Bentley Hotel

The best feature of the Bentley Hotel is its excellent location on East 62nd St. at York on the Upper Eastside, within walking distance of the Met Museum, Whitney Museum, Central Park and the Frick Collection. Our room on the 2nd floor was VERY loud due to traffic noise; insist on a higher floor! The room and bath were good-sized and comfortable. Overall service was awful; with 3 adult guests, we had to request 3 towels every single day. Attitude at front desk was unhelpful and disinterested in guests' concerns. Elevator broke down and it took a long time before someone suggested allowing guests to use the "service" elevator.

This was our annual Christmas trip to NYC & we had previously stayed at The Bentley for the 4th of July several years ago. Then & now we liked the location, clean room, price, & the staff was helpful. We will probably stay here again.

I love the hotel Bertley im on the same bussiness Hospitality .Im work for The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New york at Restaurant Assaciates .the hotel very clean ,excellente Service great location the only thing i didnt like was the services on the Restaurant need for professional server and provide the food not very good ,but the rest have a very good view , but i very good hotel im not a newyorker but lived in new york for 13 years .

The hotel is a hidden treasure on the East side. Room was a bit small, but the contemporary decor of the room made up for it. Great view of the bridge. Would definately go back.

Stayed here while my husband was being treated at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Liked that I was able to easily walk to and from Hotel feeling safe and most comfortable upon arriving. Linens and the view was a bonus.

Great if you like Zebra striped carpet, no room service until 4pm and kind of a creepy location.

We went shopping, went out to eat, went to clubs and attractions. Yes I wish the hotel walls were better. The walls were very thin and were heard a lot of commotion one night. The hotel bathroom is kind of small. I wish the bathroom had a jacuzzi tub. The water was kind of cold one day and the heater opening was broken. Postives of the hotel is a great location to go anywhere in New York. The staff was friendly. The hotel is pretty and has a nice bar on the 231st floor. I have been to better hotels.

Very nice hotel, the only thing that disturbed me was that there was no hot water to take a shower in the morning.

I stayed at this hotel for one night for my birthday. the rooms are very nice, comfy beds. i had a double deluxe room. there was no closet and no mini fridge which was odd. the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. we went to the restaurant in the hotel. i say that it was just okay. they were doing construction so the view was kind of obscured. other than that its in a cute neighborhood, there were a lot lil food places close by. would def recommend this hotel. Great price!
