Business Trip

We reserved 3 rooms for 3 days and there was a problem with each reservation. The hotel staff was not cooperative with helping solve the problems. The elevator didn't work several of the days and we had to walk up 9 floors. The lobby was torn up for remodeling. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The rooms were tiny. It was very close to the convention center - which was about the only good thing. The price of the room was too expensive for the service and size of the room that were received.

this place is terrible. do not stay, rude staff, not helpful at all....they rely on their proximity to the convention center as their main source of business, if it wasnt for that, there would be NO reason to stay

Great Place to Visit

The hotel staff was first rate: courteous, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast choices were good and plentiful. The hotel is located close to Times Square, the Garment District, and near the Port Authority so there were many choices for transportation and restaurants within an easy walk. Our room was comfortable, with one of the best sleeping experiences we have had in many hotel rooms - comfortable bed, good temperature control. We would stay here again.

Download the NYC subway map on your smart phone - the subway system in New York is easy to use and very affordable with a Metro card--just try to avoid rush hour

New York Vacation

Nice hotel. Area around the hotel is a little run down but it is very close to Times Square and the Circle Line river cruises. Room was small but comfortable, breakfast included and adequate. Very convenient to great restaurants on 9th Ave. (Hells Kitchen). Convenient drug store on corner for missed items. Staff was helpful and numerous. Overall price was worth the money.

Appropriate for short stay

The hotel is close to Times Square and it is easy to move to Manhattan Midtown. Rooms are small but comfortable. Noise from the corridor and the train is not nice. The rates are not a bargain.

bad place to stay in

hi It is a right place for not a long distance from the mayor attractions in New York City but unfortunately cleaness is terrible... smells terrible all the hotel... the people at the front desk they are brute and have no respect for the tourist, meanwhile they can get your money off it doesn´t matter how... I personally don´t recomend this place at all.. I would prefer to play a litte more and be closer to downtown in a safest and nicest place with clean rooms....

Very good for the price!

Location good, but you have to walk at least 3 blocks untill subway, stores, restaurants, and etc. The room is small but enought for few days. Breakfast very honest, and the workers very nice. In my opinion is a hotel tahn can cost between 90 untill 110 US.
