Fantastic Customer Service!
Although having a slight mishap, the hotel set about making it right immediately. They went over and above what they needed to do to make me feel comfortable and they valued me as a customer. I had such a nice stay here-would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Good choice for Times Square
Excellent location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Older building with rooms nicely renovated and good size. Lack of free wifi is dismaying. My room at the end of a hall was great, exept that the bathroom was cold! It didn't have a heat vent into the bath, which is needed as the bathroom has a window. I would stay here again.

Great staff, great location! Comfortable beds and clean rooms. I don't spend much time in hotel rooms on vacation, the location was perfect, close to everything.

Not Bad
This hotel was surprisingly comfortable and clean. Great central location too. I booked it because I was barely going to be in my room for my four days in New York and it was mainly a place to sleep. Everyone was very friendly (except for the doorman on one quick occasion. He snapped at me when I had a question about SuperShuttle} and the check in and out was a breeze. My only real complaint is the wifi. First of all, it's $10 for a day or $25 for three days. That is obscene in my opinion. In hindsight, I should have gone across the street to Starbucks to use their wifi for free. To make matters worse, the wifi was atrocious and couldn't load anything even reasonably fast. One other plus. It's located next door to The Three Monkeys bar which is awesome!

Excellent hotel
I was extremely impressed with this hotel. I would rate it very highly in all respects - from the very convenient location (to theaters, restaurants, Central Park, Lincoln Center, museums), the courteous and helpful staff, the immaculate room, and the very fine complimentary breakfast. I'll definitely stay there again.

Location, Location, Location
Rooms are tiny, but OK for one person. The location is what sells; a few feet away from Broadway and right around the corner from the David Letterman Late Night studio. Walking up and down Broadway is blast, and obviously there is no shortage of eateries or pubs. Don't bother paying to eat at the hotel - go to the Cosmic Diner for breakfast and splurge on good dinners (hot dog street vendors are everywhere for lunch). It was affordable and accessible, but don't expect any frills in this micro-hotel. I'd recommend for a person or couple just in town for the weekend to see a play.
