good hotel, contemporary decor, comfy bed, good shower, very close to subway. the only complaint is no free wifi. for the price, it should have free wifi.

Great location in NYC
This hotel was modern, clean, and located next to Carnegie Deli! Times Square and 9th St were a short walk away and was the ideal location for our trip. It was very easy to get to Brooklyn and everywhere else we needed to be because of the easy access to the subway. This trip was an opportunity to enjoy other things NYC has to offer: dinning, shopping, and exploring. I would stay here again because the location is perfect.

Good Value for the Money
Overall, the hotel didn't blow me away, but you can't beat the location and the price combination. The staff also went out of their way to be friendly and make sure I was taken care of.

Beautiful newly renovated hotel
Great place - only knock is that the 24 construction next door is loud, but as soon as that is complete - this place will be fantastic! Great service.

Modern, Clean, Good Location
A wonderful, clean and quiet location. I only stayed one evening but it was well worth it. The only negative was the lack of wifi.

The hotel was nice, our only complaint was construction right across the street. We heard jack-hammers until about midnight! Staff was very helpful.

Okay Stay
My main issues with the hotel is that they did not provide complimentary wi-fi during my stay. The TV signal went out twice for periods of over 30 minutes. I also wished that city maps, information, etc were displayed or accessible to visitors in the lobby.

Closet-sized - and no closet
Great location if you're in NYC for the shows. Lobby is nice. My room was very small and had no place to hang clothes. Bathroom was spacious, however, with a great shower. The A/C unit was loud and leaked water into the carpet. Judging by the water marks on the ceiling, the same thing was happening on the floor above.

Birthday Stay
I decided to stay here overnight for my boyfriends birthday. We live in New York but I was looking for a hotel that is a good for location for a night stay without having to travel home. This hotel was GREAT for the price. Very modern look! I even took pictures of the hotel room to model my apatment after! The room was extremely clean and the bathroom was to die for! For the price thought I was going to get something like Motel 6 but this was more like the 5 Seasons!
