Nice Rooms without a bunch of thrills
Good and Clean. Staff was very friendly which made up for the less than soft towels. Stayed in a suite with a door that closes (For my personal snoring reasons) and it appears this room was not used much -- TV's are good but the furniture is outdated -- The lobby looks great and wish that flavor was carried over into the rooms more. Overall, a decent value for what they charge and it's central location makes it worth it. Room food was quite good!

Excellent Option
Staff was as friendly and helpful as they could be. Location is great, near everything in Midtown, but still in a quieter area. Room was conformable and spacious, which is unusual to hotels in NYC. Already recommended to my co-workers and it will be my first choice every time I get back.

Close to being great
This hotel's location, rooftop bar and in-house restaurant make it a great choice at a great value. Unfortunately, its staff is not 4-star material. From the front desk to the housekeeping, everyone in this hotel needs training or replacing. If you are not a demanding traveler and only staying for a short trip though, its a great value.

Wonderful Hotel
I got a special deal for this hotel. I think the rooms usually go for 300 or more a night but I got it for a bit over 220. The room wasn't huge but was a nice comfortable size. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was cordial and prompt. I recommend this hotel to others.
