Great place to stay
Last minute trip to visit with friends. Staff was very helpful and kind. the room was very clean and quiet. I recommend this hotel to others.

Wake/Funeral
I went for Wake/Funeral service. Was concern on the area and the surroundings, giving that it was my 1st time in Middletown, NY. To my surprising it's a very nice town and it was a great area. CVS is up the street and so is the mall. The hotel was very clean, rooms were bigger than what I expected to see and it was very comfortable. The TV needs an update, but not a big deal, everything else was nice. The staffs were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was an excellent price and great food.

solo spur of the moment stay
This hotel was totally spotless, classy, pleasant social atmosphere, with kind, helpful staff. Full Bar. Great towels and water pressure! Room and bedding were awesome and the wireless actually worked!

WORST SO FAR
WHEN WE FIRST GOT THERE, OUR CARDS WOULDN'T WORK TO OPEN THE DOOR. WE SAW AN EMPLOYEE WHO SEEMED SCARED TO EVEN TALK TO US, HE WENT DOWN AND FIXED THE PROBLEM. WE DROPPED OFF OUR THINGS IN THE ROOM AND DECIDED TO GO OUT TO DINNER, WE PASSED BY THE FRONT DOOR AND TWO EMPLOYEES STANDING THERE DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK UP AT US, I JUST REMEMBER EVERY HOTEL I'VE EVER BEEN TO, THE STAFF WOULD GREET YOU EVERY TIME YOU CAME IN OR LEFT. I FOUND THIS RUDE.
