Could it be QUIET Please???
Being woken up at 5am by hotel staff knocking on doors and saying "House Keeping", allowing the heavy room doors to slam closed, and talking loudly in the hallways was not the way I would have chosen to get a wake up call. When we first arrived at the hotel, we checked in the gentleman manning the desk was very friendly, we got our room key and went out to get our bag, we can in the stairs to find that the door to the third floor was locked, we ended up having to use our car keys and two people to open the door. The room was nice but oddly arranged. How comfortable would you be sleeping next to the wall with phone cords hanging beside your head? Needless to say my boyfriend and I will not be using this hotel again. The continental breakfast sounded like a huge bonus to the rest of our experience but the eggs were dry and the bacon so thin you could read through it. When we checked out, it was apparent that we interrupted some of the hotel staff gossiping, we handed in our room keys and left. We did even get a "thank you for staying with us" or "how was your stay" NOTHING...Not to mention that the toilet bowl was cracked and so was the shower.
