Holiday Inn Express QUEENS - MASPETH

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn, it was a great getaway!!! Conveniently located to get to the city, queens and long island. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was from 6-9am but I unfortunately didn't make it down since the beds were so heavenly:)

The service was friendly. The room was adequate and clean. The shower was great for tall people (I'm 6'5"). The food selection and its presentation for breakfast was outstanding. Noise from construction outside and from the highway was noticeable without the heater on.

Granted, hotel location is not great--but we picked it because was close to friend's house in Queens. But for a budget hotel, head and shoulders above others. Clean, great staff, wifi throughout hotel. My mother-in-law had insulin that had to be refridgerated, they were super helpful, brought fridge to room. Every exchange with every staff member was positive. Hotel is new, rooms clean and don't feel cheap in the least. Definitely recommend.

Very good breakfast and nice room. A little bit noisy due to the location and not east be accessed from public trnasportation

THE HOTEL WAS REALLY CLEAN AND NICELY DECORATED, THE BREAKFAST WAS GREAT. THE ONLY THING WAS IT WAS NOT IN THE BEST LOCATION BUT OTHER THAN THAT GREAT HOTEL, I WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN

We needed a place to spend one night - our daughter and her husband live in Brooklyn, and we made the trip from Ohio after their wedding to bring them their wedding gifts. The location was about as close as you can get to where they live, and the parking lot was quite large with ample lighting for security. Front desk staff was courteous and friendly, our room was clean, the shower was great, and the complimentary breakfast was great! The price was very reasonable for NYC, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

I initially was a little skeptical about this hotel when reading the other reviews but was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The 24hr. front desk service was amazing. The staff was really friendly and the continental breakfast was great...bacon, eggs, bread(s), coffee, cereal. O and they DO stay open till 930am, don't listen to the other reviews. We woke up late some days and the breakfast was still fresh and hot. The parking is awesome as well...big parking lot in the rear. Our room was cleaned every day and left spotless. The location was good too, really close to Manhattan and Flushing. The only thing not too good was the limited restaurant selections nearby, but it didn't matter for us since we were visiting family and as long as you don't mind a 15min. drive away. There was also some construction in the area, but other than that, this hotel was so nice to stay at. I would definitely stay again. The price I paid was reasonable, and the outcome was more than I could expect.

This hotel is great if all you need is a comfortable, nice, clean hotel to stay in. Its in an industrial area, so there is no retail around it and its a bit hard to find. The rooms do not have a refrigerator which I found a bit strange. There is no food service at the hotel except for free breakfast and they do have a seating area for that. A microwave in the seating area would be helpful since you would need to bring food in to eat at the hotel. When asked about a microwave, they directed us the the nearby BP gas station.. really? The hotel is new and attractive inside and very comfortable.

Hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I loved the complimentary breakfast. Especially after dieting for my competition.

The Holiday Inn Express Maspeth was a very nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff told me that I could not check in until 3pm, so I sat in the lobby to wait until I was able to check in. I really appreciated the customer service that the staff showed me as a new customer.
