Too pricey for the hotel it is

Very Impolite and impersonal front desk lady - The guys were ok. Good location close to the 39th Ave subway station. The room I was in was small - bathroom sink keep overflowing - closet did not have rods to hang my suits. Overall not a well thought and layout hotel room

Central Location

Super close to two subway stations 39th St. and 36th St. and an excellent view of Manhattan! The rooms are sleek, the showers are excellent with glass walls. Very attentive front desk staff, nice lobby space and a very pleasant bar/restaurant

No Black Out Curtains!

This was a great hotel except there were no blackout curtains! And after being out until 3AM I would have liked to sleep in darkness until 11 AM as check out wasn't until noon! But that didn't matter because the maid knocked on the door at 9:30 AM and asked, "Can I clean your room now?" NO! Get out of here! How rude! I have a check out of noon and the maid is inquiring if she can clean my room and there are no blackout curtains! Other than that, it was fine.

Sheraton Long Island City - Great stay!

I was in NY for the weekend and found this place to be very comfy & cozy. Luckily, we drove (but paid $25 a night for parking; wish we knew before). Also, no fridge in the room but overall, a great stay.
