Good Value

Staff was friendly, bed was huge but mattress was on the hard side, close to main interstates and several stores and restaurants. Had free breakfast available. Overall a decent place to stay and a decent price. I'd stay there again.

good place

I was staying here for an interview. I needed a cheap hotel in an ok neighborhood. Knights inn was it. The front desk person was very nice and helpful it was only 10 minutes from the airport and 1 minute for the entrance to i90. I would definitely stay here again.

Great value for money

The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable, and was great value for money. Very convenient to get to / from the I-90 - only a few hundred yards.

Good for a night

My husband, mother-in-law, and I decided to stay here for a night after my sister's wedding in Syracuse. We only planned to stay for a night and would be leaving the next morning. We were attracted to the promise of a continental breakfast. The room was ok. The TV worked fine, there was plenty of space, and there was a mini fridge and microwave. I was pleased with that. The sheet on the bed, unfortunately, appeared to have stains that didn't come out in the wash. There were also only three pillows on the bed despite it being a queen. The bathroom was well-lit, had a large mirror, and included a hair dryer. The shower worked well. A chunk of the ceiling was missing which was really disconcerting. The continental breakfast wasn't anything special. There was milk and cereal as well as tiny danishes, bagels, and croissants. The only drink options were coffee and orange juice. There were only Styrofoam bowls, plates, and cups available which, as an environmentalist, really bothered me. The space was also cramped. This hotel was fine for a night since we didn't plan to spend much time there. I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to stay longer. If you need a place within driving distance of the bus and train station, this is a great place.

Best value in price class

I've stayed at the Knights Inn in Syracuse a number of times over the past few years. They take care of the property (which is more than most of their competitors do), have a friendly, helpful staff, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Not Hyatt but for the money a great value. The location is good too.

Great place to rest, staff is very kind, room is very peaceful

I've been there on 9 pm, the staff is very kind. I asked about Syracuse city, she kindly explained and gave us some city's advertisement. I leaveed the place early in the morning because I have to go to niagara falls. Checking in and out is very easy. Their breakfast is bread, serial and coffee. The room is very peaceful and quiet, also clean. I recommend this place because the price is reasonable and the services are great.

An excellent value and a good location

For business travel I want a clean room, staff that doesn't slow me down, and a convenient location. I've stayed at this Knights Inn several times and it is simply better run and nicer than its competitors.

Great Value For The Business Traveler

I travel to Syracuse on business and need a place that is convienient, clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly, the grounds are well kept, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I've stayed at other competitive places and they are generally older, more run down, and don't have that sense of pride in ownership.
